Perfect
I had one before but it works great! Trimmed atleast 100 pieces and all perfect! Great low cost trimmer! If you want to change length place a piece of lead shot in the cutter hole 🕳 or something. I recommend adding a golf ball just drill a 1/2 hole in one which is the exact size of the cutter body and it'll fit tight and never spin or come off 👍

I can see why the version with the ball handle is better
I'm loading on a progressive press and do all of my case prep on it. While waiting for a specific trim die, I needed something to get me going while my backorder was filled. This inexpensive little item fit the bill and worked pretty good. I will say this, I don't know how handloaders use only these to trim brass, even chucked in a drill. Here's the process for using this:1. Thread the stop pin into your Lee cutter all the way down2. Chuck the lock stud into your drill (faster the better IMO)3. Slide a casing into the lock stud and tighten4. Start the drill, and stick the cutter/pin into your casing until you no longer feel resistance5. Remove the casing and measureAll of my cases reliably trimmed down to a 2.007" measurement. Min is typically 2.005", so that's not too bad at all.It did take me forever to get 40 cases trimmed, and this thing does toss brass shavings everywhere, so wear eye protection and maybe even a glove on your trimmer hand to protect against brass splinters. My hand was killing me after only 40 cases and this was while wearing a glove. I was really happy to receive my Dillon Rapid Trim a few days later! I imagine the cutter with the wooden ball head would be much more comfortable to use, but I'd never go back from my Dillon trimmer. But with no other options, and for less than $20 for both parts needed, this got me by and did it accurately.
