The Secrui Wireless Doorbell - Model M520+F55 - that was advertised attracted our attention primarily due to the simplicity of installing it without the need to call in tech support as well as the very high ratings received from users to guide us. Combining both quality and affordability was indeed an attractive option. After nearly three years of flawless operation, an occasional false alarm was noted. Even though the warranty period of one year had long expired, I tried to troubleshoot my way through Amazon.com, but without success. Thereupon, I turned for help direct from the manufacturer in China (PRC) using an Email link for customer support. I was astounded by the rapidity of their response – less than a day. They were very sympathetic and their response outlined a series of steps to fix the problem. Although I attempted to follow the guidance, unfortunately my unfamiliarity with the working of electronic devices stymied success. I confessed to Secrui as much, but not before conveying my profound thanks for their efforts to set my mind at rest. But Lo and behold, literally within a FEW HOURS, I received a message, and I quote “we are very sorry your problem still exists. I am happy to apply for warranty and replacement for your order.” Words failed me at this magnanimous gesture. I was overwhelmed with this generous offer of a full replacement long after the expiry of the original warranty. I have not experienced such an enduring commitment by a highly reputed multinational company with millions of customers to listen to and act on the submissions of a single customer. This is an extraordinary event of lasting memory, The awesome speed of Secrui’s attention to the issue flowed through to ensure that within two days the full replacement of the device reached me at home. The instructions for installation were very clear and easy to apply. It is working perfectly.

These were very easy to setup by just pressing a button to pick your tune and then next finding a place to put it outside. I chose to use heavy duty Velcro instead of the double stick tape, because it's a long winter here in Wisconsin. I had vinal siding and cleaned a little section with alcohol when it was warm outside. The value for the money is great because I have 3 receivers' and just one doorbell. The loudness it good too because I have one downstairs where I live. I love the quality of these and it is easy to turn up the volume if you need to, but I did not need to.

Sry easy to set up and use. Perfect loudness and works in our shop and house.

Outstanding product, im hearing impaired, now able to hear visitors at my door, no matter where I am in my townhouse. The products are easy to install. Now the volume is such, I won't miss anyone. Glad I got 3 receivers which covers my living space nicely!

Super easy to set up, however PRE DRILL the holes, not every one will have a drill (I did lol but barely knew how to use it, I got it thankfully) I put up one at the back door (replacing the old one) and one on the front door couldn't drill into the house on that spot so I used the two sided tape AND put small pieces of duct tape on both sides. Anyway they work very well and we are having weather that is only a few degrees from -4 and so far they still work. I think it's to many ring options takes forever to get through them. and didn't like that I had to maunally sync BOTH recievers vs them somehow being connected and do it for me. Again not a big issue IF there were not so many bell options to cycle through. They look really nice however

These work as advertised. I did not test them for long range, but placed ringers in various locations around our house and they all worked. The volume is adjustable and can be set quite loud. There are also a host of ring tones available and these are set individually on each ringer. However, with any loss of power you will need to reset the volume and any custom tone you used. The outdoor push button units are plastic and you will need a drill to go through the case and mount them. Otherwise, they can be mounted with adhesive, which is included.

This little doorbell was a great option for us because we could not hear our previous bell in parts of our home. Installers easy and 2 interior bells means we can always hear the bell.

Put this at our two external office doors and it’s been a great tool to get other people off their butts to answer the door. Before this, visitors had to pound on our doors for anyone to fetch them. We don’t have a receptionist and if we have meetings, everyone is banging on the door like they they cops. Finally a door bell with 2 buttons and 2 receivers so EVERYONE knows when someone is at the door. The bell tones are pleasant and can be programmed to be extra loud. This came with two sided mounting tape and works well for indoor use. The button is a little small so I put a sign up to let people know there is now a door bell.

Plug’s Play, was will man mehr, keine großartige Installation notwendig. Einfach in die Steckdose rein und die Klingel geht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Si bien es cierto al principio funciono correctamente a los meses empezó a fallar, tenía que mover la pila hasta que poco antes del año ya no funciono, cambié la pila, pero seguían las fallas por lo que opté a cambiar por otro timbre. Tal vez por el precio esperaba algo más, no es barato ni caro, pero si me quedo a deber. Me toco que no dure mucho.

Perfecto, se instala perfectamente.. bueno apenas tiene istalacion los timpres van a los enchufes y el timbre con dos tornillos que trae..., y de momento se oye perfectamente Todo genial
