The vest is thick compared to another vest I bought that has a zipper. I've worked out in it already a couple times and it makes me SWEAT. Only downside is that its a pain to take off. I can take it off with help from my husband or a couple minutes of struggling on my own. But if you dont mind a little struggle definitely buy it!😅

Works like a charm! I am definitely getting more out of my workout with this vest sweating more and fitting better in my clothes after using it for two weeks. I can tell a difference. Haven't done much of anything different as far as my diet goes or duration of my workout so I think it's the vest that is helping to speed the process. It is comfortable to wear and I was anxious to buy it so I settled for the XL and it does fit a little big however, I imagine it is true to size. A large would have been snug and better for during weight loss but the XL is comfortable. I think the XL would be perfect for a sz 13/14. In any case it's not a waste of money. I don't regret my purchase and would do it again.

Fits very well and helps me sweat a lot!I just wish that it was a bit longer. I am 5'4 and 230lbs and bought the size as stated.I have two children and have a pouch and the vest does not run long enough to cover my much.It goes up to my belly button and the rest of my rolls come out in the bottom.However, the part that it does cover, it helps me sweat a lot.

So I ordered a Large and it fits perfect. I usually wear an XL from Old Navy, Target or JCP. I wore it for my normal walk/run 2 miles during my daughters soccer practice. When I got home my shirt was soaking in sweat. I don't normally sweat and I think this will help me with my excercise. You instantly feel the warmth from the shirt when you put it on. Sweating as I write this review 😂

Not sure bout losing a lot of weight but I wear it for about 6 -10 hours a day n I sweat a lot. Just make sure to since it cause it will itch if not. I love that it does not roll up. I have a bigger stomach due to 2 c sections and it stays in place.

I am a fan. Love this garment. It really makes you sweat. The water weight just melts away. It looks bulky in the package but I wear the set all the time and not one knows I have it on. Very pleased

So far it seems to be working I definitely feel like it is warming my torso area I've had it on for maybe 10 minutes and I'm already starting to sweat so that's good whether or not it's going to help take inches off the have to wait to be seen but it's definitely doing something I'm interested to see how it's going to be tomorrow when I go to the gym when I'm wearing it.

Holy big! I'm not a tiny girl. At 5'7" I often wear a L or XL top, but I considered the reviews of others and I ordered a M in this vest. It fits snugly, but not too small. It also gives me room to lose just a few lbs, which is the goal.Pros:1) it is pretty easy to get on and off. The design fitting below the beast definitely helps!2) comfortable to wear and man do you sweat!!! Make sure you hydrate well if you use this!Cons:1) it smelled pretty strong right out of the box. It wasn't a big deal breaker for me, but I did wash and air dry before using.All in all good for the purpose. Gets everything flowing, and as long as you hydrate and flush, this is a great little vest!
