Jabsons Wasabi Roasted Peanuts, 140g, green

I've craved Wasabi flavor... ever since it grew on me after getting into Sushi. I'm delighted that this is a great Wasabi flavored product. The peanuts are also well prepared, and not broken. I want to introduce my niece to Wasabi flavor, and this is the right product to get her started. For those of you curious about Wasabi, and wanting to get introduced to this flavor... this product is a great introduction. Btw, please go slow when you start... or your head will... literally feel like its going in smoke!

I bought these peanuts to mix into a bag of otherwise boring rice crackers to give them some punch. Because I finished the crackers before the peanuts ever arrived, I decided to open the peanuts just "to try" the flavour. With half the bag now gone, I had to force myself to stop eating them. They were that good. These are nothing like the typical wasabi peanuts we're used to in the United States. I fully expected to bite into a hard, psychedelic green wasabi pea. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the peanuts had the consistency of a dry roasted nut, with a heady wasabi kick. These are legitimately delicious snacking nuts, not some rock hard, shamrock-green monstrosity that tries to pass as food. I will definitely be buying them again. I highly recommend. :) *** Just went to reorder and the original seller who only added $1.00 in taxes and no delivery fee is no longer listed. Instead, Amazon is sourcing them thru another supplier who charges twice as much as the $7 I paid last time. Unfortunately, I can't spend $14.00+ bucks on a small bag of peanuts. I'll try to find them at my local Indian grocer. Uncool move, Amazon. :(

So good is the flavour. Felt it as a bit mild. More stronger would appease the wasabi lovers - who else would bu this? It is a pity that this item has a delivery fee equal or more than the item price. This stupidity if resolved would increas the sale a lot. I ordered it to test paying double the amount only because I wanted to taste once more and this was not available locally in nearby stores.

I absolutely love the heat and burn of strong Wasabi and this does not disappoint. Intense flavor and burn and will definitely delight those who love the flavor and sensation of Wasabi. It is a staple I'll keep on hand during the cold and flu season as a flavorful remedy.
