So far over the short time I have been using it does seem to do what it claims to, but the real test will be its effects over the long haul. I really hope to update this listing later down the line with my weight loss results over a more prolonged period of time. But, if you need a little extra help losing some stubborn body fat and have the cash to spend, you'd probably be served well to give this supplement a shot.

Finished the whole bottle, taking it as prescribed but had lost barely 6 lbs.. This was coupled with the recommended (daily) workout schedule. Please take note of the ingredients - caffeine content is about half of the recommended daily dose for an average sized adult.

Having taken this for a month now and it seems to be working for me. Starting taking this because I was at a stand still for awhile on my weight. It help push me to lose more and I am very happy with the results so far. I am down another 10lbs after starting this regiment and not changing how I eat or exercise. This leaves no nasty taste like other supplements that I have taken in the past so it’s a win for me.

Product does seem to help lose weight. I’m not sure if it’s mostly the caffeine or other ingredients. I’m a bit sensitive to caffeine and it got me a bit worked up. Definitely don’t take it at night!

It doesn’t work. At all. Even with diet and exercise 4x/week. It literally has absolutely no effect. I don’t even get increased energy from it. A complete waste of money and you can’t return it. Very disappointed.

First off, I must say that usually supplements don't work for me. I have been taking these pills for a month now and I have not noticed anything as of yet. I would say that they are easy to take/swallow. There is no taste, aftertaste, and I experienced NO belching.I will continue taking these pills until I run out, but I don't see me buying more of these. If things change, I will update this post.

Like most supplements, this will work best if combined with exercise, and diet. Also important to note, genetics may play a role in a person's fat storage. So keep that in mind before thinking this is some over the counter ozempic.I combine this with rigorous exercise, and sarms, so I do see some difference.It's a massive bottle, but only about 1/5 full, which i thought was weird. But the product itself is fine.Would recommend if you have room in your budget, and want additional support in your body building journey.

I go to the gym 5 days a week, try to keep my face out of sugar (it's a constant battle that I come up short with) along with trying to eat healthier than I normally do.Pharmafreak has Vitamin B, Sinetrol, (which I didn't know much about) that burns body fat, and a lot of caffeine, that I live on. I didn't notice any odd flavor, and no jitters, no burping unwanted tastes.Make sure before taking any supplements to check with your doctor. That way, you arent getting yourself into any trouble. Better safe than sorry. I had success with Pharmafreak, although with the $46. price tag, I doubt that I would order it again. It works, but working out and watching your diet works well too. Just cheaper.
