Poor durability: The product works fine for the first 2–3 months, but then the noise cancellation either stops working or becomes inconsistent. 2. No proper service support: They don’t have service centers outside of Delhi. You have to courier the product to them at your own expense, which adds another ₹400–₹500 every time you need a repair. 3. Slow and ineffective resolution: After weeks of waiting (usually 20–30 days), they return the product saying the issue was with the cable and that has been replaced. But the same problem repeats within a few days after the repair. 4. Frustrating experience: In the last 10 months, I’ve had to send the product **three times**, and the issue still hasn’t been fixed. Even though it’s under warranty, they refuse to replace it and always blame it on a “connector issue.” Honestly, it’s been a frustrating and disappointing experience. You're better off buying a product from a brand that offers reliable customer service and better after-sales support. **Avoid Digitek**

I've been using the Digitek DWM 101 Wireless Microphone System for over a month, and its performance has really impressed me. This worked straight out of the box. Not only that, everything works well. The internal hardware and software work well too. The connection between transmitter and receiver gets established in 2 or 3 seconds. This is amazing!! If I plug in a head phone, the unit knows I have plugged in a headphone. If I have plugged in a mic in the same socket it senses that too. I connected the receiver to my camera and it worked well. I connected it to my smartphone and that worked well too. I did not have to fiddle with settings or anything. It just worked right away and audio was crystal clear too. Very very good. Just go for this. 👌 Note: If using with smartphone, this works 100% well. But if using DSLR camera, the camera may have a auto gain in the firmware that results in it picking up a lot of hissing sound. For DSLR camera's use a wired mic.

The sound quality is not so clear. Better go for higher end.
