Design Essentials Lo-Lye Relaxer with Shea Butter 4 lbs

Same product that the salons use without the expense. Have always loved Design products. The relaxer does its job with a nice scent.

This product is not a professional product!! I have been using design essentials for years and this is not it. This burned my hair and scalp Immediately after applying it. It left my hair hard and brittle as well as my clients hair!! I will be reporting this product asap!!!

Exactly what I wanted

I've always love this product. My favorite hair stylist back in Georgia always kept my hair looking healthy and shiny. But now that I moved I couldn't find anyone to do a job on my hair as perfect as her. So I bought this product and decided to do my hair on my own and also due to a tight budget (FTR this bucket does read that this relaxer is for PROFESSIONAL use only so unless you really have no other option and just really dont have the funds I wouldn't recommend anyone whose never went to a hair salon school to use a relaxer by themselves or any type of relaxer. Otherwise talk to a hair stylist if you are planning on doing your hair by yourself from here on).Anyway, I can't remember if this was the relaxer my stylist used but it does the job for me anyway. I can't make my hair look amazing like my stylist did, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it. Until I use up the entire bucket I will try a different Design relaxer to figure out which one my stylist used for my hair.

I have no problem with this brand. This seller however sold an old, used relaxer. It didn't even straighten as it should.
