Each bulb has 2 components that release 660nm and 830nm so there are 62 of each in total.

What is the usb charging cord type for this piece? i love it! just lost the cord and don't know which to purchase to replace it.

No, it’s actually really calming. When you remove the mask your skin will feel warm to the touch and it might look a little red, similar to how your skin gets when working out.
