Good product but arrived with a small dent
The product is excellent. Easy to use and really fast in boiling water, the "keep warm" feature is very useful. Unfortunately it arrived with a small dent on the lid. Since the packaging was in perfect conditions, it did not happen during the transport. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Really like how it looks, same temperature adjustment as kitchenaid at a much more reasonable price. Really does seem to boil faster than any other kettle I have used. Comes with a UK plug so make sure you have an adapter on hand, or someone to wire a local plug on.

Nice and light to fill. Water level can be difficult to read whilst filling though. Disappointing in that the temperature control is a bit haphazard. Reaches 100° but when setting other temperatures sometimes switches off too soon or too late. Probably to be expected as not an expensive as other makes.

Very stylish kettle. I had the chrome and grey finish. Quick boil but can be a bit noisy. The downsides - kids do not like having to take lid off to fill (doesn’t bother me, easier to get water in) but I have found when wanting to fill straight after using boiled water it’s difficult to get the lid off. Maybe it’s a safety issue. Also, I find it difficult to read the water level as it’s behind the handle. Would be better if on the side, maybe change the design?! I do like that you can select the water temperature which is great for flavoured teas.
