Lest you think Roxon is a poor man's SAK or Leatherman, I have the Roxon S803E Flash and the Roxon ks2e Elite and let me assure you that Roxon makes very capable multitools. The Roxon M3 is no different; it is superbly engineered. To paraphrase the manufacturer, the M3 is the tool that you need to deal with daily life. Here are the features I like and that you might like too: - fits nicely in the palm of the hand. - the satin finish gives it a premium look - the major tools (knife, awl, Philips screwdriver, and box opener/bottle opener/can opener) locks open securely - the scissors is made from 3Cr13 alloy, a stainless steel popular for applications that must withstand high stress loads. It is certainly more robust than the one on the Leatherman Micra. - the knife blade and the rest of the tools are made of 2Cr13 (also known as 420 stainless steel) a high chromium content steel used for surgical instruments. The steel is known for its hardness. - The tweezers, eyeglass screwdriver and toothpick are unobtrusively tucked away at the end of a handle and doesn't get in the way of using the major tools. - comes with a corduroy pouch that has an interior pocket for the small bits. An AAA flashlight clips nicely to the pouch’s exterior. The Roxon M3 is the Goldilocks of multitools - not too big, not too small, but just the right size and with the most useful tools. I highly recommend it as a personal purchase or for a gift.

This is the best EDC ive owned. The small scissors are super sharp and are 100 times more useful than just having a blade. Ive used the bottle opener to pry on all kinds of stuff and its lasted great. Very good, durable carry blade. The tweezers and little plastic toothpick that are concealed in the end of the handle are so awesome. You never realize how awesome it is to have things like that on hand but I use them allll the time for random little tasks.
