Can it have functin modes be combined modes? Like beep and vibration at same time

Question 2

Magnetic charger is broken.  How do I replace it?  One of the spring loaded metal connectors is retracted and can't make contact.

I bought two a few months apart, last one in May and now a month later neither will charge. Wrote to seller they sent instruction on charging
...may have been helpful if it was charging but issue is that they won't charge at all using either power cord that came with them. Collar worked well stopping nuisance barking but would have hoped to get more than a month's usage

Not yet. My dog flaps his head/ears and scratches his ears and collar during the day and it hasn't beeped. Been using it daily for a week.
