Was kind of already getting hung up after only about two weeks of using it granted I might’ve pulled on it a little too hard at one point I think so it has a hard time retracting Well these guys ended up seeing my comment it is sending me a new one just to back their stuff I’m not one that asked for things for free or go through I’m trying to get stuff for free but honestly hands-downThese guys are amazing and customer service let alone the plumbob kid is freaking amazing super accurate honestly can’t find a better one on the market my boss was so amazed by how good mine was I need up buying one for him forChristmas and he is just tickled pink it’s almost so nice you don’t even want to use it LOL but honestly thank you for standing behind your productWill definitely be purchasing more and sticking to this brand
