It's pretty small and the charger connected to the backpack does not work. It's too small.

Cool design but thats not enough
It was much smaller than I had originally realized. Maybe that was my fault. I travel for work frequently with a laptop and I thought it would be a good investment. But I have had it for less than a month and its already starting to fall apart. The main handle is ripping away form the body of the backpack. I will be shelving this and returning to my previous backpack tonight. I wouldn't recommend it for most people but I wouldn't discourage anyone for buying one.

Solid Backpack and Customer Service
I'm used to accessing my backpack pockets by reaching over my shoulder and this wasn't possible with the backpack. I live in a big city, so I'm constantly in and out of the pockets. For someone that accesses things much less frequently, this is a sturdy, well-made, and spacious backpack. The charging port and such worked like a charm. With the pockets being theft-resistant and such, I found that this backpack was uncomfortable for me; I ended up returning it. The seller was very quick to respond and we were able to work out a solution that worked well for both of us.
