PLA 3D Printer Filament 1.75mm,Galaxy Red,Black,Silk Purple,Net Weight 1kg Accuracy +/-0.05mm

I’ve been 3D printing for years, and Stronghero3D’s PLA filament truly stands out as one of the best I’ve used. From the moment I opened the spool, I could tell it was well-made — neatly wound, no tangles, and vacuum-sealed perfectly to keep out moisture. The print quality is phenomenal. Layer adhesion is consistent, extrusion is buttery smooth, and I didn’t experience a single clog or jam during long prints. The diameter tolerance is tight and accurate, which really helps maintain even flow and dimensional precision in every print. What really impressed me was the color — it’s deep, vibrant, and has a subtle sheen that makes every model look professionally finished right off the printer. It’s ideal for both functional parts and artistic pieces. The filament also has a great balance of strength and flexibility, with no brittleness even after multiple spools. It adheres beautifully to the bed with standard PLA settings (200°C nozzle, 60°C bed) and releases cleanly once cooled. Minimal stringing, zero warping, and excellent detail resolution even on fine features. In short, Stronghero3D nailed it — reliable, high-quality filament that performs as well as brands twice the price. I’ll definitely be buying more colors from them!

One of the coolest and more striking multicolor filaments. Lots of glitter, but isnt brittle like others with this can be. The colors are truly amazing, and smear into each other unpredictable so it looks much more natural. Very well complimented set of colors, but requires alot of verticality to get a wide spectrum. It does alot to hide surface artifacts from printing.

Here is how my 10+ prints and test with this filament did. It would not adhere to my hot plate at any temperate from 195 to 220. The hot plate at 50 - 70 degrees was tested, too. It caused a massive clog that I needed to take the extractor apart to fix. This is the worst filament I've tested. The one time I did get it to stick was on a cold plate. The layers were inconsistent. It eventually strung up and pulled apart on a test I've done on 10 other filaments about 25% through. I really want a refund on it.

Good pla prints high quality

I am very impressed with this filaments finish. I didn't think my printer was capable of producing such prints and detail (Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro) It came well vacuum packaged, but the spool winding was a bit messy. I noticed it does tend to produce some threading that will collect on the nozzle. It happened twice during the 4.5 hour print, but was easily paused and brushed away. It may have been my print settings. It adhered well to the plate that I pre-washed with dish soap and an application of glue stick. On my second print, the nozzle kept clogging and I couldn't achieve a good base layer. I gave up for the night, cleaned the nizzke and ran some Elegoo filament through, which layed down perfectly. The pics really don't reflect how nice thus filament looks though.

Update: I was to fast to judge the pla, the color does transition and looks beautiful. First review: Color says red, black and purple but it looks like there is some quality control issue because the roll is almost a solid dark red and looks like some glitter in it.

My experience with Stronghero3D PLA Galaxy Red,Black,Silk Purple, was great and price was reasonable. I used the Orca Slicer 1.9's calibration tools and dialed it in perfectly on my Ender 3 S1 Pro w- Klipper. Colors vary a bit from the picture...wish my roll had a bit more balance black and purple....but prints look great. My first trial with this brand was with the Poison Dragon. I will buy more and try their other colors

The filament width varies too greatly, clogging 4 of my 3D printers. Not one successful print. After cleaning up the nozzles I tried two other glitter filament brands. Successfully printed on all printers without issue. I generally don’t leave reviews good or bad but stay away from this filament, specifically the black, red and purple with glitter. It will eat you up and spit out your will to live, leaving you feeling vulnerable and used, triggering a migraine as you overthink your life choices while cleaning out the clogged nozzles. Or something like that.

Looks great, easy to print and didn't have any hassle. Definitely use again

Pros: the colours on this filament are gorgeous and make for really nice gloomy prints. It prints alright, minimal stringing Cons: the filament is extremely brittle even after 24 hours of drying and snapped during two short prints for me. Layer adhesion strength is the worst I've had from any PLA and printed items are very fragile Dimensional accuracy is ABYSMAL. This filament is listed as 1.75 mm ±0.05 mm but in reality it is up to +0.13 mm variance, more than double the marketed accuracy which itself is more than double the variance of most filaments available (±0.02mm) In my images I included a control measurement of a different filament to show that my calipers are not the issue. Overall it's a real shame. The larger than advertised diameter could be adjusted for but the filament is so brittle and weak that it isn't worth the trouble of tuning more

This is my top seller for fantasy prints. Only issue is i am always running out LOL

Gibt besssere Filamente, aber auch wesentlich schlechtere... Würde es nicht nochmals kaufen.
