I usually purchase the popular USA-made brand of baking sheets, but since I only needed pans for drying cookies, I wasn’t too concerned about thickness. Normally, I avoid thinner pans because they tend to warp in the oven, but I decided to give these a try for a lower-cost option—and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these pans. They are handwash only like any other aluminum pans to avoid discoloration from machine chemicals. At $99 for 12 pans, that comes out to less than $8 per pan, and they are built to last. To my surprise, they’re just as thick as the higher-end brand pans I already own. I am now also considering using these in the oven because they are thick, so there is even heat distribution and will not warp. They’re also non-stick and NSF certified, which is something I always look for when buying baking equipment. In practice, I honestly can’t tell the difference between these and my more expensive pans. This makes them an excellent investment for both home bakers and commercial use. I’m very happy with this purchase and will definitely be buying more from this brand in the future.

It has a little weight to it the size is half size sheet the value of the money it is a bit pricey. The quality is really good, pans should Last for years. Warping can happen in time. And really easy to Clean. Also, I have own pans like this for several years and it lasted longer than most of your high dollar pans like your non stick. And I bake a lot every week never had an issue with pans such as these. It is well made and worth to keep.

These are every bit as great as the name brand. I’ve used them on a near daily basis for about 6 months and they haven’t lost their shine nor have they scuffed or scratched easily, or started to rust. They still look new! I am impressed. I use parchment paper and sticking is never an issue. These are standard half sheet size, great for a dozen 3-4” cookies. They work great!

Works great for bbq

One arrived with a small deformation in one of the corners, but it does not impact its functionality. I had to adjust my time/temp down a bit and these sheets dissipate heat very slowly (when compared to a Wilton sheet) so be aware of that as well.
