Terrible seller. Totally irresponsible with no sense of integrity and accountability. SHAME ON YOU.As far as these solar Light panels, one of two, did not work properly. so, a probability of 50% that any will work, given the the fact that I order 2 panels and another 6 panels which I never received with other items that I had ordered.Problems with detection sensors - It will fail to detect any motion - and intermittent light - if luckily this device detect movement or motion and the light turn on it will either turn off as motion is in progress or produce intermittent and non continuous lightning given if the sensors work. As far as the misleading ad and misrepresentation of this product, the lights are not as strong as advertised by this seller. You will get much lower strength than 30 LED (lumens). So, as far as my experience, it is a complete JUNK. adding to that, if the panels will charge or not. totally unreliable will will provide a totally unreliable results and experience. Good Luck.Now, as far Customer Service and My experience with this seller, it is as equally terrible. I wish if there was a ZERO rating. Instead of providing a replacement. Mrs. ELLE (owner or employee) offered 35% refund equaling $2.99 for 1 panel out 6 panels equaling for a total of $45.98 hard-earned money that I spent on both orders. FYI: I asked only for replacement. Not Refund. SHAME on You.

It's much brighter than what we expected. My husband loved it. He installed them on the fence and made a chicken wire cover for each to protect them from hail damages.I would definitely recommend it.

These are used to illuminate my yard for my dog with cataracts to find his way back to the porch. I have them on the porch facing outwards so that when he gets close it goes off and he can come towards the light. The only problem I have is that within four days of use, one of four lights stopped working. Emailed seller via email address on the card with no response. So I have no replacement.Otherwise, they charge well. I have one I charge in direct light around every three days. For my usage, I do not need them secured to anything so I can move them at will. During most days, i turn them around so the tops face the sun every morning. At the evening, i turn them back around so when the dog reaches the required distance they will light up. They do require a certain amount of darkness in order to light up. It somehow senses the amount of light around i think.

We put these up right away and one works great, good amount of light for along the house. The second one must have a short and/or a defective case. We took down the bad one and There is water in the housing.Update - I contact the seller and explained the issue and sent pictures and they are sending me a replacement! Easy to work with and very helpful to fix the issue.2nd update - replacement light worked for a few weeks. Now has water in the casing and doesn’t work. See picture attached taken at night. The first working one still works great.

These lights are a good price, however the batteries cannot be replaced, there is no on/off switch and they are very difficult to hang. There are screws included but the screws must be installed on the "wall" and the light fits over the screws with little key hole openings. There is no template included as to how far apart to place the screws. Even though I took the time to make my own template it took three tries for me to get both screws exactly right for the light to hook on. It's nice that the screws are hidden but the installation was too difficult this way. I've had them installed for three days now and have not seen them turn on yet. I hate to return them as I will have holes in the side of my chicken coop now, but it looks like they may have to be returned.

Hung one of them this weekend. Super bright, super sensitive, which is great. The hanging hardware was a bit confusing, but I got it figured out. My older dog who is loosing his eye sight has fallen down the back steps going out to use the bathroom, sense I hung one of the sensor lights over the steps he has had no issues. The sensor picks him up from about 6 feet away (he is an 18lb fox terrier). It stays on for a few minutes and them comes back on when he is about 2 feet away from the bottom of the stairs.

Love this. Puts out more light than I thought it would. Easy install although it seems a bit flimsy. I hope it will hold up to the snow we get up north. I bought this so that my dogs would be able to see when they went out at night. It detects them easily even though one of my dogs is a small 9 lbs.

Very pleasantly surprised with these lights. Have had them installed for over a month now. I set them up for motion detection and they only come on for about 20 seconds when they detect motion. They last all night this way as they only turn on when needed. They also put out a decent amount of light, pretty good for solar lights.
