Great Value and High Quality!
It’s much more cost-effective than buying the small individual boxes at the grocery store. The powder is fine, dissolves easily in hot liquids without clumping, and truly has no aftertaste or smell.

Knee’s feel great, much cheaper than some products without paying for the hype
Last April after online research, speaking with doctors (little real help) decided to buy a pound of Knox’s powdered product. Had to stop running a year before at 75 due to knee pain. Tried Platelet Rich Plasma Injections which failed. Knee replacement surgery was all that was left but that cuts the ACL, not good for a runner! For me, after 3-4 weeks of taking a Tb of Knox every day in coffee or soup, all knee pain ended. I could not get up from a chair, put on shoes or only touch my knee on the ground slowly with pillows to do the oil in my car! All the painful symptoms gone as I slowly tried things out! I had been able to hike throughout despite some discomfort using knee bands. Last July, on a hike, tentatively tried some very light running and no pain! Saw my sports med doc who used a fluoroscope to look at knee. He saw no change but after demonstrating some pain free movements, he agreed something was fixed! I have now been running more and more still wearing knee bands in case of a fall and to keep the joints soft tissue in place. Previous MRI of knee showed many tears to meniscus and behind Knee patella. The Knox brand product may not work for everyone but it definitely fixed me! What prompted this review was seeing ad’s for fancy looking products at exorbitant prices for basically the same thing! Knox has been around for a long long time and does a great service by keeping prices affordable.

Great for nails
My nails look great. Can’t say much about my hair but it’s a good product. I drink it in hot beverages. I don’t like jello.

i got it to get more collagen in me. so far i've tried it in hot tea and wasn't a fan (but i have a sensitive nose) smelled like feet every sip lol i'll have to try it in some other drinks
