Delicious
I initially got this on a vacation in Saint Lucia. It was really good. The spices were on point. I just had to have it again. It was indeed a blessing to find it on Amazon

The island hot sauce here in California.
I first tried the in St Thomas Virgin Islands. I loved the unique flavor. I was happy to find that it was available in California. Ordered two bottles and gave one away.

Classic yellow Caribbean hot sauce
Baron has some heat, but isn't over the top. It has a nicely balanced flavor with a touch of mustard, that would be great on hamburgers, hot dogs or grilled chicken. I use a couple dozen different hot sauces, for different heat levels and flavors. I even used some Baron on my scrambled eggs. If you only have two or three hot sauces, this should be one of them.

YEAH Spice it up!!
I first had this sauce while vacationing at Tet Rouge in St. Lucia. I bought a few tiny bottles that would pass through airport security, but they didn't last long after getting home. I was very happy to find this same brand and bought 2 large bottle. It's very tasty if you love to spice up your food. I will be ordering more!
