Easy to keep in the car
One of my children has to take Senna twice a day. They prefer the chocolate kind but I bought this to keep in the car in case we’re away from home. The pill form is a perfect solution since it doesn’t melt. Works great!

Took 2. Works well for occasional constipation. Worked over night and no cramping after one use. No strange side effects noticeable and didn’t cause uncontrollable urges to go multiple times or dehydration feelings. Similar to the teas with the same ingredients but no nasty taste.

I picked up the Major Senna laxative tablets because the brand has a pretty solid reputation, and honestly, they ended up working even better than I expected. They’re gentle, they’re predictable, and they don’t hit you with any weird side effects. I usually take one at night, and by the next morning things are moving along exactly the way they should. It’s not harsh or uncomfortable just reliable relief. And with 100 tablets in the bottle, it lasts a long time, which is a nice bonus.
