Really enjoyed this product. Great taste and great value.... personally it helps me to drink more water in more appropriate amounts. The tub (for me) is much easier and convenient to use compared to the individual sachets as you can vary what you add to differing size bottles.

Causes bad stomach and pain, do not recommend especially when taking first thing in morning, had to throw this away

I’ve been doing the Keto diet which is a slow process of weight loss but healthy. I do like to have a hydration liquid so that I’m not thirty/ leg cramps and keep my electrolytes in check. I’m impressed with the flavor, measuring spoon which comes with the product., sugar amount. This product not over salty, sugary, it’s just right for my liking, no fluid buildup due too much salt. I will say I used to be a fan of Nuum which I am no longer impressed. Thanks!

The flavor alone deserved 5 stars. Between being a year round bike commuter and doing physical activities and labor everyday, I sweat a lot and I deplete my electrolytes. Last product I ordered of a different brand, the lemon tasted fake and it gave me heartburn so, Amazon allowed me to return the item and order this item instead. The first thing I like about this is the small container size. There are a lot of portions in this small container so it takes up less space on my shelf and any less plastic is a good thing. What I always do whenever mixing electrolyte powders into water is put a little warm water at the bottom of the container and add the electrolyte powder because it will instantly dissolve, Then I add my cool water and I never have a problem with clumping. You cannot deny the amazingly refreshing fruity flavor of this product. It doesn't taste cheap it tastes very true to what actual fruit would taste like. It's a nice gentle fruit flavor not overpowering nothing is overbearing and it's so refreshing. The taste alone is worth five stars and then the added benefits of electrolytes is another five stars. At this point, I'm very much enjoying this electrolyte powder mix I think it's a great value price wise and you get a lot of product for the money. It's very easy to scoop out what you need and add it to the water and I love the fact that it's like drinking and refreshing tropical drink.

This is a good drink / mix for hydration, but needs to have more salt added, standard beverages for hydration, have about 3 times these sodium levels and this may seem like totally overkill, however if your a serious runner or really pushing your body to a extreme, you need more salt / sodium, so to equal a sufficient amount lost in heavy effort you need 3 scoops, so fyi, this product would be amazing if they did this! Otherwise tastes freaking amazing, love totally satisfies a sugar craving with no carbs added actually. Delicious.

I add a scoop into my cordial/ diluting drink every day, tastes yummy, sweet and a little bit tart like a cocktail!

Good quality electrolyte powder with minimal residue. Tastes like koolaid. Can't taste that its sugar free. Feel better immediately. Keeps my family of hard workers hydrated and operating at our best capacity. Does leave a mineralization on glass cups, but prefer it to many of the other options. It's easy to use with its included tiny scoop. A great size and value. The texture doesn't bother me like some other options, but kinda bummer they raised their prices so much.
