Worth every penny.
When I received this in the mail, the first thing I noticed was the quality of the product was really nice especially for the price. The instructions were easy to follow and putting it on and taking it off was easy. I like the adjustability of this because my husband was also interested in using it because he sits at a desk all day and it's easily adjusts to fit us both. Super comfortable to wear, has a good amount of padding but isn't bulky and is easily concealed under a sweater, shirt or jacket. Definitely straightens up your posture. I thought my posture was pretty good and this showed me how rolled in my shoulders were. After wearing it for several days I am noticing I hold my shoulders back more for longer periods of time. I did feel a mild cramping feeling in my pectorals due to this stretching the muscles back to their proper position. This is a well made product and I would recommend it for anyone who works in a computer, at a desk, or has a posture issue they would like to work out. I would suggest start wearing it in small doses like the instructions suggest and then work your way up. Glad I found this for my husband and myself.

It has potential but it is not worth the extra money when compared to other similar products.
I had very high hopes for this product. Based on the positive reviews, I just knew that the tightness in my shoulders and upper back would be relieved. I teach classes online every day of the week sometimes up to six hours at a time. Due to this type of working environment, it is no wonder why I experience shoulder and upper back stiffness and pain. This device is more or less designed like a woman's bra without the front. Going into this I knew that it would be awkward using, but manageable. Putting it on is very easy and my immediate response was "wow, this is going to work." It definitely brings your shoulders back in place, once the straps are adjusted. It took less than five minutes to realize this device is probably not going to be for me. Initially, sitting at my desk it feels great. After several minutes of moving, typing, and using the mouse the back support begins to rise up my back. I have to pull the straps up and back to put it back into place. That sounds simple enough; however, when I am teaching online via video and my student sees me tugging at my shirt like my bra straps are sliding that is a problem as I am a man; but even a woman should not have to pull up on something that should be a support. In the attached picture, the strap can be seen bucking under my shirt. This brings up another problem; this device cannot be worn in public unnoticed because of the buckling. If it where just the straps being revealed, I could deal with the odd looks that I get, but not from the buckling. I believe this product has great potential if it could only have a way to not rise during use. People that work behind a desk all day need something to assist with the ergonomics of the job. I purposely bought this because it was more expensive because I thought the company saw the value in this and it was more superior than the others. Had I know this would have bunched up in the back, I would have never purchased it.

Helps alot with Shoulder/neck pain.
I have pinched nerves in my neck and when the pain increases it tends to make me fold up some at the shoulders which in turn gives me bad posture when I am sitting. I found this just from browsing around and thought I would give it a try. I do have to say that the first night I put it on and cinched up the shoulder straps a bit it pulled my shoulders back into alignment and it really did help by decreasing the pain, after wearing it for about 2 hours the pain started to creep back so I took it off and laid down flat on the floor for a bit. I have found that it does work by straightening your posture up but it is some thing that you cant just put on for hours right when you first start using it, am able to use it a little longer each time I wear it. Pro's - 1 - The wide strap sections are comfortable around the neck, upper shoulders and between your shoulder blades, the wider sections also give the strap more surface area to grab onto. 2 - Pretty inexpensive and affordable. Cons - 1 - When you go to put on and wear, it is a little difficult to get it around your shoulders especially if you are in pain. Would be very helpful if the straps were longer. 2 - The part of the strap that rides in your arm pit gets very uncomfortable and starts to get bothersome after a while. It would be great if there was another strap that ran just under your chest connecting the 2 shoulder straps together that would remove the strap from riding up in your arm pits. 3 - It was also difficult to grab hold of the straps after it was in place to cinch then up. All in all I am happy with it and it may be to soon to really say but I have found that it does help in the short term, I will wait to see how the long term goes.
