Well made. The material is soft and flexible. This is not like your typical heating pad (heating elements, wrapped in plastic with a washable outer cover.) The pad heats up quickly and contours easily to the body part to which the heat is being applied. Its large size covers most anything needing the heat treatment. It shut off automatically after about 2 hours, though I've yet to use it that long. It does get very warm, the lowest setting is all that I've needed. The heating pad is washable and can be dampened to apply moist heat.

This heating pad heats up immediately and the degree of heat is “true” to the control settings. It is very soft and pliable - not hard, unyielding plastic as some are. It turns off automatically. If you’re looking for comfort and/or pain relief this is the heating pad for you.

This is my edited review, as I was initially disappointed with the heat settings (just hig/med/low vs digital # settings), however I discovered that it actually is very good. It does not have a “stay on” option but turns off @ 2 hrs, which at first I didn’t like, but I realize it is a great safety feature.

This heating pad works really well and the size is perfect for covering larger areas like my back or shoulders. It heats up quickly and provides consistent warmth, which makes it great for muscle soreness or just relaxing. The only downside is that while it does auto shut off, the light on the controller stays on, so it looks like the pad is still running even when it isn’t. It’s not a huge issue, but it can be a little confusing. Overall though, it’s a great heating pad and I’m happy with it.

Okay, let me start by saying that I normally would always buy Sunbeam products because of their quality and durability. I recently had a heating pad exactly like this one, it got really hot and lived a good life. One day it died, the control box got really hot and the next day it didn't work at all. So, I started down the path of ordering another one exactly the same, I thought, and it came and it would not get hot like the old one did. I ended up going through this process four times!! Each time I got the new hot pad and turned it on, it got warm but not hot at all like the one that I used to have. If it doesn't get hot enough, for me, it's just worthless. I don't know what's going on with this manufacturer these days, but I can tell you after going through the hassle of having bought this product four times and not having it work properly, I feel it's safe to assume that the company is no longer manufacturing products to the standards that they used to. After this I did a whole bunch of research trying to figure out where I could get a hot pad that actually gets quite hot to my satisfaction, what I found was a company called Pure enrichment. I bought their heating pad, 12x24 in, with a 5-year warranty and excellent reviews. I can't tell you how happy I am to have this new hot pad, that actually works as it should and gets hot! Yay, no more trips back to the UPS store to return crappy Sunbeam heating pads that don't work, and I now have the added bonus of having a hot pad that actually does what it says it will. My back is very happy!!!

Works great. Has an auto shutoff function and is very soft. Great size. My husband uses it every evening for back pain relief.

Very carefully reviewed many heating pads. Sunbeam is pretty hard to beat. Glad I chose this one. Beats expectations. Great quality.

Haven't used it yet but it seems to work and it's big enough for my back, I had bought a shoulder one from Sunbeam brand and it's lasted me years so that's why I opted for same brand.

اول شي الكهرباء 110 مش 220 والحرارة منخفضة جدا حتى لو على اعلى مستوى وما فيه حرارة ابدًا وما اقولكم ان لازم حرارتها تكون نار و مرتفعة بس اقل شيء تكون حرارة متوسطة مو دافية قررت ارجعته وقالو ودها البريد والبريد خذ فلوس ورجعها يقول مايردون واكلم امازون يقلون قله يوديه المستودع بعدين زهقت ورميته في الصالة :)

El cojín calienta un poco de tiempo en la temperatura deseada y después disminuye. Por otra parte carece de temporizador para ajustar la función de tiempo en operación. Pero además no lo consideran como elegible para devolución sin haberlo advertido previamente dejando al cliente en estado de indefensión
