Three. Just grab a pair and cook.
At first I started choline up on it. Then has to retrain my self on using these larger chop sticks. I find it more efficient on certain task. It is easier to add meat and vegetables from a tray or container. This avoiding getting raw food on your hands. You can flip, rotate, remove items as needed. Easy clean up. Some spatulas are hard to clean. These are basically soapy water, rinse, dry. DoneThe metal is hollow. They keep oil splash away from hands. Heat transfers slowly. Just felt light warmth. I would not leave them in the pan anyways. It's metal. If they do get hot just run under cold water. The 3 pack is a must. Imagine misplacing one👹. Yeah, so get the three pack. You loose 4 single chopsticks. Time to buy another set of 3. Your cooking does not get inturupted. Life goes on. Enjoy, I know I am. 😸👍Update after a week of use: one con getting wet or cooking oil on hands makes these very slippery. So if you wash something or oil droplets land on handle. You need to dry the chopsticks and your hands completely.

Great Kitchen Tool to Add to Your Aresenal
These are perfect cooking chopsticks. I use them to flip foods I'm frying or baking. I personally like to use these way better than tongs: I feel like they give me better control. Because they are aluminum, they don't conduct heat very well, and I can stick them into a pan of deep frying food without worrying I'm going to burn my hands.

Great product
These chopsticks are sensational. I stopped complicating myself with spatulas and forks and a dozens of different kitchen utensils, so chopsticks for cooking and eating were my go-to items. I appreciate the length of these chopsticks because it distances my hand from frying oil, where surprise pops come up. It's definitely worth the price

I like being able to grab small things in the skillet ...
Now I don't have to keep using my eating chopsticks or a fork to stir things where a spatula isn't quite the right tool. Plus, I like being able to grab small things in the skillet without getting too close to the heat.

Quality is as advertised but are too light
These chopsticks are nice looking and seem to hold up well to washing. But they weigh very little. Do not have the mass of even a good quality wood chopstick. Hard to use.

So many uses
These are very nice but they increased weight over the wooden ones can make handling these a little tricky. That said, they do the job.

Versatile and Easy to clean
I really just needed one set, but orerring one pair was more expensive than ordering three. Apart from a spatula, I haven't used any other cooking tools since acquiring them (not a big soup household). They take a couple meals to get used to handling, but once you are comfortable, no other tool is as versatile.
