Excellent thermometer. Fairly good accuracy compared to other thermometers in my possession. Even more useful with Homeassisstant as I can automate fans/heating based on it. I've not used these without a switchbot hub, but with it I can see the historic temperature/humidty extremes.

This is a great little device, I’ve got one in nearly every room now. We use them to monitor the temp and have alerts setup for if any rooms get too cold or hot. Using IFTTT for automation I have a heater for my solar batteries in winter, so it keeps them at a safe temperature, I also have a fan in our cabin for when the humidity gets too high. I’ve only had one fail in a few years and the support team were brilliant and replaced it with no fuss at all, great device backed up by a great company !

I have had this for a long time now, possibly over a year. It is reliable and works well. The software on the phone is actually very nice. The only one complaint I have is that you have to go into the switchbot app and choose each specific unit to sync with in turn. And once selected you have to wait for the data to transfer. Please Switchbot can you get your software developers to poll each unit it's registered with and collect data, like once an hour or something. It's not a very practical setup because you have to essentiall spend time and effort to keep collecting the data. This is not the way I would expect the product to work as a customer or as a software developer. This needs rectifying very soon. Easily done, just release a software update with the change in it as it's the phone app that needs improving.

Excellent product. Installed in nearly all rooms across the house, seems to be pretty accurate with temperature when compared to other products in the house. Very insightful and neat little product. Great value for money, and easy connectivity.

Perfect for monitoring temperature in several rooms.

I had heard good things about Switchbot so I purchased a Hub Mini and 8 Meter Plus's for every room in my house as we have been having issues with damp, I have a dehumidifier that is connected to a smart power extension and Switchbot integrated with my SmartThings setup, this has then enabled me to automate when the dehumidifier should turn on and off after a set humidity level. The whole setup process was a breeze.

Work very well and very accurate

The Switch Bot Meter Plus devices are great, I would recommend as they are easy to setup and allow for easy remote monitoring of indoor temperatures and humidity. Simple app that is quick to setup and allows for automation and integrations.

Great product! So i’ve added 2 meters plus to measure the temperature difference between 2 sides of the living room, when in summer that way i can close the curtains when the temperature goes up and it stays nice and cool. In winter it does the opposite, when the temperature goes up it means the sun is shining and the curtains open so it can warm up the house.

Après en avoir acheté 6 au fil des dernières années, je suis très satisfait de ces thermomètres connectés. Leur utilisation est simple et intuitive, et l’intégration avec un hub ainsi que dans un système domotique comme Home Assistant se fait sans aucun problème. La qualité est au rendez-vous : les relevés sont fiables, la connexion stable, et différents systèmes d’accroche sont proposés pour faciliter l’installation dans toute la maison. L’autonomie est également appréciable, je remplace les piles environ une fois par an. En résumé, un produit pratique, robuste et parfaitement adapté à un usage domestique connecté. Je recommande sans hésitation.

I now have a total of six SwitchBot devices that provide temperature and humidity readings. They all work very well and the battery life seems to be close to two years. Due to the energy saving features, my wifi network controller sometimes shows these devices as off line, but they will wake up when queried. Data is sent to the hub using Bluetooth, not wifi. For a large home, you may need multiple hubs or a SwitchBot relay to ensure adequate Bluetooth range. Temperature and humidity readings seem to be well with the advertised specs. I chose this model because the display is much easier to read than the cheaper version. Now, with a glance at my mobile app or a quick question to Alexa, I know the status all around my home -- basement, attic, garage, patio, etc.

Ho comprato questi prodotti perché ho già un hub con il quale gestisco un climatizzatore di vecchia data che potevo gestire solo con il telecomando. E pensavo di collegassero all’hub. Invece si connettono al wireless di casa in autonomia. Facile configurazione. Applicazione ottima per la lettura e gestione delle informazioni. Piccoli ed efficaci. I rilevatori esterni sono impermeabili e discreti. Molto precisi in tutto. Li ho collegati ad Alexa, per implementare il controllo dell’ambiente. In questo modo ho infinite possibilità di gestione della temperatura in casa creando degli automatismi in tandem con i climatizzatori. Sono pienamente soddisfatto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente superiore.
