Lack of volume control

I was surprised that the ear "clip" was actually a soft plastic. I was really scared they wouldn't stay in place. Especially when I run. But they do! I have a cartilage piercing just below where they sit. This may help keeping them in place, I can't say for sure. Sounds quality is good. Volume isn't the loudest, but they're good enough for me. Overall, great purchase.

Liked then when they arrived. Worked as advertised. 2 weeks later, one side would be on for 1 second, then the audio would say "Disconnected". Could not reset them. Unpaired and started over. No good. Returned them.

I was impressed with the clarity of sound and the volume at which it plays...exactly what I was hoping for...I got weird ears and conventional earbuds do not fit properly...these are perfect!!!

ONE DAY after I was out of my return period the right earbud will turn on, but WILL NOT connect to bluetooth! I am not a happy camper, as im stuck with buying a new (different) pair instead of exchanging these.

1. The sound quality: when listening to music they sound alright. Calls sound better. The music doesn’t sound the loudest however it honestly is as loud as others, it’s just the position these stay in. The still block out the noise well.2. I found them to be decently comfortable. However, it is a little difficult to position them and get them to stay in that perfect spot. They don’t fall off super easy, but still be careful because they will if they get bumped out of place. Not recommend for workouts or anything like that. I found, while constantly running up and down a ladder all of a work site, they do fall off or just out of place.3. The controls are hard to understand. They are touch sensitive. Which is super cool actually. They are super sensitive to touch though. Brushing up against them slightly pauses and plays and such. Sometimes the motion would skip to the next song, restart the song, or pause, maybe volume. Hard to tell how to do the different things.Charging is easy and cool. The case acts as a battery. Then the case charges the headphones. pairing was a little difficult. Had to return them to the charger a couple of time before I got both to work.Overall great idea, hope more are this soon. I’m going to keep using them.

These earbuds are a little different than most in that they attach to the outer edge of your ear. There isn't an actual clip to hold them in place but just a flexible rubber hook. I think they are very comfortable, light weight, and they stay attached pretty well, probably due to their light weight and small size. The web page says they are for small ear canals but they are open ear phones so nothing really goes into your ear except the music. There is no adjustment for the positioning of the earbuds and since everyone has different sized ears the speakers may or may not line up with your ear canals. In my case they don't but I can compensate by increasing the volume.The sound is very bright and clear which is great but they are almost too bright. I had to use the treble reduction setting on the EQ in my iPhone. I think they sound good but there is minimal bass response.Sometimes when I try to adjust their position I end up touching the control functions and the music stops. Also a couple of times when I took them out of the case only one earbud connected with my phone. I was able to re-connect both earbuds eventually by touching the controls on the earbuds. I almost think it would be easier to just control the earbuds with my phone.Overall I am pleased with these earbuds except for the issues I mentioned.

Having issues with turning on left ear piece sometimes it works but mostly it doesn’t. Very frustrating and disappointing. Also the voice is not in English
