Hello hi every one,my name is srinu since am doing bodybuilding from 2006 with many supplements, so I feel like to share my experience with nakpro isolate. I bought nakpro mango flavour which is good and here we start some q and ans. Q1. does this supplement a worth buying? A. Yes no doubt it is. Q2 how was the result? A. Let me explain you a simple thing about these supplement market, no genuine and good whey supplements will never increase your weight by 3 to 4 kgs if it does trust me ther is something fishy with those supplement either they are mixed with hormone growth factors or it must be a mass gainer filled with glucose and other factors. A good supplement for beginners it will make you increse about 2 to 3 kgs and for moderate builder for about 1 kg and accordingly for advance builder, and yes the result was perfect and good. Q3.diggestion issues? A. Depends on individual but for me it was ok. Q4. When to take? A. If you are with any medical condition like thyroid or any such issues better consume between noon to night. Cause it will interfere with your regular morning medication not just this but any supplement and if you are fine it's your choice just do some research. And finally this product is as good as costly supplements, I'll try this supp till they increase the price. Suggestion: you need 25 grms of protien at one time that's it, y you want to go for high price supplements. trust me, I used many of those high priced forign brands, but this thing will gives you same result. whey protein will increase muscle size and you will increase your weight in muscle. Unlike mass gainer so b patient and focus on long term slow weight gain in muscle which is good. Overall my experience with this supplement was good and I had a good result in a month. absorbency is good, taste is also good i took mango flavor, but when you mix it with cold water the solubility is not that great.. it is thick, so they have to improve the quality i think.

Amazing work….

I am writing this review after using the product abt 2 weeks. First of all, upon receipt of product, which I did in a good condition, it can be easily authenticated by using the bar code. I too did and was relieved to know that I received an authentic product. Though can't comment upon the values of the protein that it claims as I have not lab-tested it independently, but I can say that taste is good, mixing is easy and there is no lump formation. After taste is also good and I did not feel any bloating. After taking this protein post workout, muscles do feel rejuvenated. Best part is for this price, you can't ask for more. So I surely would recomend this product. I am on 2nd pack of Nakpro protein. First I trued Mango flavour and the 2nd is cream and cookie. I still standby what I said above and there is no change. In terms of flavour, Mango was much better than cream and cookie, which I would like to avoid in future. Instead I would like to try Vanilla flavour now.
