2-12 Person Tents for Camping Waterproof, Backpack Double Layer Tents, Perfect Picnics, Fishing and Backyard Camping

I bought this tent for use at RAGBRAI (week-long bicycle tour across Iowa) as my old tent had finally bitten the dust. I bought the 4-man sky blue tent and found it light, easy enough to put up, very roomy feeling with its 5' ceiling, versatile, attractive, tight and most importantly WATERPROOF!!! Almost every overnight this year there were storms, wind and heavy rain. This tent stood thru it all! ***Although I would highly recommend more substantial tent pegs than what comes with it just as a matter of standard procedure. Those little wire tent pegs can easily come out in sustained wind or very wet conditions. Also, I cut off the front porch attachment. It is awkwardly placed and funnelled rain water into the tent along the bottom of the door zipper on its very first night of storms. The only place that leaked. Once I cut it off there were no further issues. The fly was low enough and snug/tight enough that there was no blow up underneath it and into the tent. And I didn't even use the extra guy lines, either! But they did come in handy for hanging a few wet things on once I tied them together! The nylon fabric was lightweight and dried quickly each afternoon when we got into camp and set up our tents. Which were inevitably sopping wet from that morning when we broke camp. The 4-man size was perfect for my purposes as I kept my bike inside with me on the nights it stormed. Plenty of room for myself, my bike and all my gear/bags. The blue color is very pretty and I received several compliments on how nice it looked, too. All in all an excellent tent for a cheap Chinese product!! I would highly recommend for car camping. The 4-man is a bit heavy for bike packing/hiking. Maybe the 2-man version would be lighter?

Good quality easy set up

I found myself in need of a tent for a campout that I was voluntold to go on. I didn't want to spend a lot of money as I don't camp often, but I did want a nicer tent that I didn't have to worry about. This fit the bill and the reviews made me think it was a solid purchase. The tent is plenty big for at least 4 people (I'm over 6' tall and had plenty of room to lay down) and sets up easily. The rain fly is nice and high quality. The one thing I loved about the tent is the "front porch" where I could have my little leave muddy shoes and the like. Overall, I was super happy with the purchase and would recommend this tent to anyone on a budget but still wants quality!

Very large tent used for one adult, though it could easily fit three adults along with their personal items. I used it in very humid conditions, and it became quite damp at night. Some condensation dripped through the rainfly, so applying a water repellent might help. I really liked the ample ventilation windows, but they also allowed a lot of humidity to build up inside. Interestingly, the nighttime dampness seemed to help keep the rainfly down, which in turn trapped warmth inside the tent. The floor was fully waterproof and did a great job keeping out insects and ground moisture. Setup was very easy, even for a first-time user. I had no trouble packing it back into the original storage bag, but I’d recommend having a backup bag on hand, as the included one may not hold up for long.

I got the four person tent hoping it would fit two adults, gear, and the cots we sleep on. I wanted a quick set-up, lightweight and easy to store, with plenty of ventilation for hot seasons. This tent fits the bill. I haven’t tried it in rain, so can’t speak to that. It was very easy for one person to set up in less than 10 minutes. I like the doormat feature. Tons of screen with the door, windows and roof so good ventilation. I like the cord port. Would be nice to have another one on the opposite corner. It was also easy to take down and fold up. It was a bit of a squeeze to get it back in the bag, but it worked. Highly recommended for the price!

I bought this tent to go camping over the weekend with some friend. It fits two people very comfortably. We had a couple of thunderstorms over the weekend. One storm being very aggressive with lots of rain and strong wind. The tent held up fantastic!! No leaks. My friends tent leaked (they had a different brand) and they had a lot of water in theirs. Mine did not. It stayed dry. For the price, I would say this is a great buy. It was easy to put up and take down. We will definitely be able to use this for many more camping trips in the future.

Great tent for reasonable price, easy to set up, spacious for 2 big adults.

The tent is nice,the type I wanted but im really disappointed because I received a used dirty tent. As I started open pieces of dry mud started falling, the outside was dirty, then put together and inside had dry mud,grass and dry food,Ramen noodles. I needed so I didn't have time to return and buy another one. But that really upset me.
