I have used the product several times. I had to return a different item to a big box store because it would not feed into the 90 degree bend. This product was able to feed into the drain and make its way to the clog. problem with handle but customer support fixed the problem

I have used this snake 3 times. The first thing that I noticed was that it had poked a hole in the included storage bag. I put some duct tape inside the bag to cover the hole and moved on. I like the included gloves. The first time that I used the snake, I turned it by hand and everything went well. The second time, I began using it by hand when the knob popped off.! I couldn't locate a tool to press the clip back on, so I pulled out my cordless drill. That worked better, but then the center hub popped out of the drum a few times. I managed to complete the job, but the shaft for the knob had disappeared Into the drum. Ok, so I won't turn it by hand ever again. The third time the hub popped off so often that I just gave up on the project. I can't recommend this snake based on my experience.

We love using it. Works so good and fast

The unit is built well, I have no concerns about the quality or build (except it would be nice if there was a vent hole so that water that gets back into the container when you pull the snake back in doesn't just stay there). The problem is a 50 ft snake that is 1/4" in diameter just doesn't have much capability past about 25 ft. Unless the pipe is really narrow, it just kinks. Don't use the drill on it when it's out very far, even in a 1.5" pipe it kinks up, and then you can't really straighten it out again. I'm sure if I had searched online I would have found this advice before I purchased it, not sure if I would have listened. I was so concerned about the corners it had to go around that I wanted a sure thing. I eventually bought a 1/2" snake and it went around corners and everything so much easier and actually cleared the clog.

I had a clog in my condensation line for my AC and this works. The handle piece attaching to the main spool tends to become disconnected but attaches easily. Don’t extend it all the way bc it’s hard respooling it

I thought it might last. the first time I used it but the parts got tangled or something and it quit augeringThe auger unit started to come apart at the main shell and failed to penetrate the compacted dirdt from the roof of my house !

Shipping was fast. Product is easy to use.

It broke after only the 2nd use. We used as instructed. It is just poorly made. Extremely upsetting

Within under 3 minutes a drain that has been clogged for over a week was unclogged. This is a high quality sturdy auger I was very impressed with how fast it took care of the clog. If your looking for an auger this is the one also it comes with gloves so its easy on the hands. Have not been this impressed with a product in a long time. The price is decent too. Definitely worth the money!
