Great Glow Stick Alternative - Perfect For Parties!
I've been using this black light strip for about a month now and it works great. It's inexpensive and has a ton of LEDs, which makes the glow really bright. I like that you can cut it to fit any space, too (I used it under my desk at work to make sure nobody is slacking off - productivity through fear of exposure! haha). The adhesive on the back is strong enough to hold it in place and it's easy to plug into a USB port. It's definitely brighter than those cheap glow sticks you get at parties, too. And who doesn't love playing with uv reactive 3d printing pla? This thing makes everything pop! I would recommend this black light strip to anyone looking for an alternative to those flimsy glow sticks. It's more durable, lasts longer and looks way cooler. Plus, it works great with all sorts of uv reactive stuff, like paint or even clothes. I used it at my last party and everyone loved it. They were dancing around in the dark and everything was glowing, it was wild! Definitely worth checking out if you want to add some fun to your next gathering.

Works properly, bright enough to illuminate a large area.
Product was well packaged, works as it should. I use this to illuminate a wall clock with luminescent hands that don't hold their glow properly anymore, but fluoresce beautifully under UV light. Very pleased. Update: LED Strip Installed! As you can see in the photos, I added the LED strip inside the case of our grandfather clock. In the evening, it was difficult to read the time. I added glow in the dark dots to the clock face and hands - but these weren't bright enough and the clock was still difficult to read. Adding the UV LED lights made the dots glow beautifully. Don't worry about the blue glow, my camera picks that up but it is largely invisible to the eye.

Excellent Light!
These LED light strip is well worth every penny. I made a shadow box for my daughter for her birthday. I looked on Amazon at every light strip. This light strip stuck out for some reason. I was skeptical getting it. I am so glad I did. It lit the inside of the box. When I gave my daughter her box. Her eyes lit up with a huge smile on her face. You don't see that every day. Here's what the shadow box looks like lit up. Recommend this product.

Great value and easy install
Absolutely no negatives at this point. As long as they prove to be durable over time I am thrilled with 6.6FT/2M LED Black Light Strip - 120 Units LED UV Wick 395-400nm, USB DC 5V . I bought this for the top shelf of my china cabinet which displays my collection of uranium glass (AKA Vaseline glass). I chose this tape roll style over the bar type and am glad I did for the following reasons: 1. It has many more leds over a 6 ft length to cover the entire front and back of the ceiling of the cabinet 2. I could feed it through a much smaller hole so I could drill a smaller hole in the back of the cabinet. 3. The adhesive on the tape is excellent. It made installation a breeze and I am confident it will stay put. 4. Price was a great value. It does not come with a power supply bt I just plugged it in to a 2 amp phone charger as it is a 10 watt light and it works great. My uranium glass glows brightly as you can see in the photo. It has a switch in the cord and works great with a motion detection switch.

low quality
Had a factory splice in first 2 feet and would only work on the beginning. Not worth the money.

Useful for "RetroBrite" Procedure
I've been using this UV LED strip to "retrobrite" my yellowed plastics. Specifically I had a pair of GameCube controllers where one of them was badly yellowed. For the record, this isn't a guide on how to "retrobrite" your yellowed plastics, honestly it would be a very poor guide. There are infinitely better resources for this that are a search engine away. This is simply my review of how I used these UV LED strips and whether they fit that use case for me. I found a small clear plastic tub from a local retailer lined the bottom of the container with these LED strips. I used blue painter's tape to secure the LED strip to the sides and just let the weight of the container pin it down to the bottom with the LEDs side facing the interior of the container. After I cleaned my yellowed plastic parts with dish soap, I filled the container with about 100 fl-oz of 3% hydrogen peroxide, dropped the parts into it then weighed them down with some steel screws, and finally wrapped the container in aluminum foil for about 12 hours. The results were generally good, it got rid of the vast majority of the yellowing, but some remained. If I were to do this again, I'd use a heating element to warm the hydrogen peroxide to about 150F. My before/after results are attached. Did it work? Well, most certainly. So would I recommend this strip for that purpose? No. I thought that 6.6ft would be enough to wrap around the container, it was barely enough to cover about 2/3 of the bottom of my container and not even wrap the sides. Unless you're "retrobriting" very small parts, then I wouldn't recommend this length. If your use case is like mine, then I'd spring for a 20ft strip instead. It's better to have more LED than you need than not enough.

These really are UV and not just purple/blacklight like some tend to be so particular glass collectors will like these as they work well for that purpose (we tested it with an item from our green glass collection) but, we used this particular little set for a small blacklight figurine collection display and was perfect.

Bien pour backlight. Lui que j'avais acheté avait une LED de brûlé mais je crois que c'est dû au transport. Notre transporteur ici est dur avec les colis. Il était bien emballés pourtant. Aucun problème de retour et le produit me semble solide.

Needed a cheap effective way to expose some emulsion for screen printing. Bought 2 of these, covered the surface area enough for my 20x24 screens. If you're a hobbyist screen printer something like this will work just fine for exposing your screens. Slapped them on a piece of cardboard for testing, but will install them in a box since my results were just as I'd hoped

I purchased these lights back when they were actually the ones pictured with the rocker switch. Those lights worked perfect. The ones you get now however, come with a push button switch that fails easy and causes the lights to flicker. The connection also are poor quality as they break at the strip and at the usb plug. Very disappointed. I've ordered 20 or 30 over the last few months and they've all been the same.
