Making me a Perfect posture
Whao! This is perfect for me exactly I was looking for. I bought a few different types of Cervical Neck Pillows but always I found them too high making my head tilting forward and making me a bad posture. This makes my back absolutely flat and good posture.

Good, but needs some adjustments.
The instructions are really badly worded / designed. Initially I thought it was excellent, but using it I find the neck channel is too narrow and pinches the sides of my neck when I sleep. It also started to give me neck pain when I'm awake if I move my head in certain ways. So I had to take a bread knife to the memory foam to widen the neck channel. I'm still experimenting with it. But so far it's pretty good. I think it might be a little high for my neck, so I may have to make further adjustments. It would be nice to know the dimensions of the person it is designed to be used by. Perhaps they could make different models?

It doesn't really hold your head steady. I though it would give more support. Its ok though.

No more neck pain
Has cured my neck pain from using regular pillows that are too high/bulky to properly support the spine and neck. Its small, functional and does what it says. If your not used to sleeping with your head flat then it will take some getting used to

Great for women with neck pain
Best pillow I own. A lot of neck support pillows are too high for my neck position but this one gives the perfect level of height and comfort. Slept like a baby and zero neck pain in the morning. For reference I'm a 159cm woman.
