Works great, connected two pipe joints R-22 and no leaks after 6pm the
Wow! This worked great. A friend of mine said it wouldn’t work, but I had a rusted leaking receiver drier on my old R-22 system, I cut it out and replaced with a new one and used this to reconnect it and no leaks, system has been performing great for 6 months now. Even more impressive is that this is close to the condenser and gets a lot of vibration and it’s holding up great

Worked perfect for my application
I replaced my gas water heater and needed to reattach the copper overflow pipe from the pressure release valve. I don’t have experience with copper solder so this was a great alternative. Very easy to use and appears to be a solid bond. I honestly don’t know if I would trust it if the copper pipe was under constant water pressure but for my application it is perfect. If the pressure relief valve pops and water flows into the overflow pipe I am having a bad day and it isn’t going to matter if the pipe leaks a little!

Works as Wriitten its actually amazing and didnt expect the results too be so good
Telling you what as in for not leaking and Fast clean hold.. This stuff is amazing .. bending the pipe back and forth under pressure yeah it will break but any mechanic and plumber knows compare it too locktight if you twist it enough or bend it it will break loose but a copper pipe in the wall or for a fix its as good as solder its amazing actually i never believed it would work... for the price and the big bottle you can do allot allot of pipe repairs for allot less money for solder and Map gas so a better value for the money for sure

Great Product for homeowner pluming jobs
I used this product to install a baseboard radiator with 3/4" copper pipe and followed the instructions. It worked perfectly! I used a copper pipe cutter and 80 grit sanding cloth for the pipes. The product is a bit runny, which was actually helpful for connecting to a pipe inside the wall. I used SharkBite caps to seal the ends and pressure test the system for leaks before installing drywall. I was thrilled to avoid soldering the pipes. I’ll update you on its performance after the heating season. P.S. If you need to disassemble the joints, have two grip lock pliers ready to turn the pipe and break the seal. You’ll need to re-sand the pipes and start again. I hope this review helps!

Plumbing success
I applied this Copper Lock per instructions on a cold water line to my kitchen sink. Upon opening the supply valve, the fitting on the half-inch copper held together for several days now. I plan that when I go away on an extended period, I will close the supply valve as a matter of caution. I plan to install a hot water recirculation system using this Camstar Copper Lock. When leaving for an extended period, I always close my water heater supply valve, never know when they will start leaking.

It works, just except a learning curve and leaks until then.
Had very good luck using this for capping off a copper pipe, also worked on couplers just remember if you have even the slightest bit of water touch this stuff game over as it “will” leak although with a little heat the fittings come right off. The best thing about this for me was using it to glue a chrome plated copper drain line to the inside of the main copper line, as those who know the chrome plated copper is slightly smaller in diameter than the inside diameter of the standard copper pipe, once all of the connections are made I simply drip copper lock in the small gap between the two pipes, tried it first with 2 scrap pieces to make sure it works as I do not want sewer vent gasses coming into the house, honey what’s that smell!

Buy it!
Holy smokes! Is it glue or soldering? No torch, no heat, it can say soldering on the package all it wants, but it really looks to be just glue. But WHO CARES; it worked like a charm! Tried this because I was working on a gas boiler... it did the trick, has been holding approx 20psi and no sign of leaks - I don't think I'll go back to the torch unless forced.

Pour tous ceux qui ne sont pas capable de souder ou d'installer des tuyaux de cuivre dans des espaces très restreint, ce produit est dispensable.

My 2008 Yukon had one read defog tab ripped off. I tried a product from a store specifically to 'glue' it on - no good - completely disappointed. I used this in with a piece of copper tape which I got on amazon. The copper tape is conductive on both sides - yes - including the sticky side. Clean the area on the window so there is no dirt. I used a 1.5" long piece of conductive copper tape and taped it over the area on the glass where the tab is supposed to go. Rub the tape firmly on the window. Then, I used this product to 'glue' the tab to the copper tape I put put on the window. Prepare the tab by sanding it so it is shiny copper. I poured a thin layer of the red liquid on the back of the tab and placed it in place on the copper tape. Apply good pressure for 2 whole minutes AND DON'T MOVE IT. It stuck. I let it be for 10 minutes and then gently and carefully placed the electrical connected on the tab. I turned on the rear defog switch and used a multi-meter to determine there was voltage on the window. There was..and it works. It's too bad that they don't sell a smaller bottle. I only used about 15 drops in total. Good luck to you.
