Purchased this pterostilbene supplement as part of my daily supplement routine. The capsules are easy to take and the bottle provides a good supply. It’s difficult to directly measure the effects of supplements like this, but the product appears high quality and well made. Overall a solid option if you’re looking to add pterostilbene to your routine.

Product is fine but packaged in a larger container than needed, so only half full. Why not make a smaller container which would use less plastic?

Amazing product . I’ve been taking it for a month when I was given a sample with my purchase of transresveratrol and I can see the difference in my skin and my levels of energy. I take it in the mornings with my toast with avocado and olive oil as it says that the product gets absorbed better when you intake it with a fatty meal.

I am 84 and my son, a Cambridge graduate, seeing me stumbling about through a the effects of a severe stroke suggested I should try takingPterostilbene. Of course, without clinical tests you cannot say exactlty what taking them did for me. All I can say is that from not being able to walk to and through my garden I can now walk through it, watering it and recentlty planting new flowers.
