Not adjustable. The strength of this rod is from taking the set lengths of tubing and threading them together. This makes the total length of the rod set at increments of the segmented lengths. Not extendable to a custom length. Measure carefully. That being said the design of these rods is stronger than most. Not easy (did not attempt) to remove the ends, and they are not very decorative/fancy. But I am very pleased with my purchase. And… I received two female threaded ends and was in need of an exchange. Communication with the seller was prompt and my replacement piece was received very quickly. Very pleased with the customer service. Highly recommended.

These curtain rods are not extendable like ordinary curtain rods. These are comprised of several lengths of threaded metal pipes that one can put together to fit the window of your choice. The downside is that the lengths are about 13-15 inches each so you may end up with way too much or not enough curtain rod to adequately hang your curtains. Other than that, they are alright.

YeYeBest Double Curtain RodsReturned. These are really good rods, my issue is not with them at all. Long rods used to mean telescoping extensions that resulted in a really flimsy rod near one end. Those rods would bend, sag, or break over time. Not so with this new style of rod, which is really cool! It comes in segments that you screw together so that the rod is a uniform thickness throughout. Yes, it means you can't make the rod an exact size like 117 inches or something; but giving up precise length in favor of uniform strength and thickness is well worth it!Moreover, the rod holding segments are really high quality as well; I love the soft plastic clips that cradle the rod just inside the metal--the plastic protects the rod from scraping against the metal holder. What I do NOT like, and the reason we had to return these, is that the holes in the holders are not aligned properly and have been drilled crookedly. I am certain this was a factory defect, and in fact we've re-ordered several more wall holders since then and they've been fine, so this is not a factor against the product. This kit comes with the curtain rod holding brackets, screws, and the curtain rods.The rods are white tubes that you connect into each other. The rods are nice quality and is sturdy.So essentially you can connect as many of the rods together to get the length you want.But that’s the thing. Each rod is around 15 inches. So you can only increase the length by 15” increments. If your rod needs to be just 3 more inches longer, you can’t. You would have to add the full 15” length and have terrible excess rods sticking out on each ends.

Easy install of course, but they’re not the highest quality material, and you can tell. They look okay, but I’m a bit of a snob when it comes to these things, so I might eventually upgrade with a nicer version. They’re just kind of…blah.

What I received was a total of 4 end/cap pieces , and the middle pieces, 3 hooks.So, this is only good for 1(?) window.I like that you can layer your curtains. Lovely for showing off heavier curtains on the end & using sheer for more privacy in the middle (if you want light but not full exposure)Sadly, for all of the material I received (enough to outfit 3 normal windows) theres only enough for 2 & only 3 actual hanging pieces.Next time Ill be certain to check this carefully.One thing I like is that the rods screwed into one another versus pulling put to extend. Much sturdier, but you must be more exact with your measurements.All in all a good set for a longer window/area where you need a sturdier frame (so to speak)

The rod is multiple pieces that screw together and you add length by adding more pieces however that limits you of potentially having a rod that is either too short or on my case way too long for your space.While the installing overall was easy and the directions are easy to follow I will have to get another curtain rod set as this does not work as the inbetween sizes are too limited.

Simple rods are easy to install and the adjustable length was spot on. Nice and sturdy for curtains the we used.
