A very nice addition to my stretch trainer
I have a Precor 240i Commercial Stretch Trainer, which sells for an ungodly amount of money, that works very well for hamstrings, back, shoulders, etc., but doesn't really work that well for quads. That's where this little strap stretcher comes in. While you can certainly use it in a variety of ways, and hit different muscles, for me its great for stretching the quads and getting some stretch on the hip flexors. The best way to hit those muscles is by laying on your side, attaching the strap to your foot, and gently pulling back for a few seconds, release, repeat as many times as you like (for bio-mechanical reasons, it's difficult to get a proper quad stretch when you are standing). Do the same on the other side. This is not an item that's going to break. For what it is, it's built well. That said, I didn't care much for the handle and attached one of my own. Just a personal preference. 5 stars. Simple, effective, affordable.

Just want I was looking for
I found this leg stretcher strap to be much more comfortable to aggressively stretch my hamstrings. I've been using a loop strap for leg stretching for a while now. While it is flexible with multiple loops to pull from while stretching, it is also not overly comfortable for my hands while really stretching my hamstrings. The padded handle on this leg stretcher is much more comfortable. While the length is not adjustable, it seems to work out just fine for my current stretching. I was initially worried about the durability of the rotating clip because I have similar clips on a shoulder strap that came apart. But so far it seems like the clip on this strap is fine. The clip allows the handle to be rotated while in use which is nice. You can hold the handle in any desired orientation without worrying about strap twisting.

Too small for proper use
So small my child can’t even fit her foot in it to stretch.

Better than a Yoga Strap
I am not a dancer - just someone working on increasing their flexibility and occasional yoga and pilates doer. I prefer this to the long traditional yoga straps because it has a built in handle and the hook between the strap and the handle swivels. I don't have to wrap it around my hand to get a secure grip. I am 5'6" and this strap fits under my (high) arch and extends to knee height. If you are taller or want more versatility, it may not work that well for you. However, it's absolutely perfect for my needs. While I won't get rid of my yoga straps (yet), this seems to really help me with stretching my leg lifts a little further.

Short, but effective!
I am an older person who definitely needs to stretch more and one of the things I struggle with is reaching back to grab my leg. I’m just not as flexible as I was four or five decades ago! I’ve been trying to use towels, and I even made a rope loop but thought I’d maybe just get something made specifically to help me. This is nice. I had my son use it so I could take a picture and he of course was having way too much fun, but it does work great for me as well. The only issue I have with it really is that the loop that you put your foot into kind of collapses and sometimes I struggle to get my toes in there but I’m thinking the more I use it the better it will stay open. Although I suspect that if it had been made with a slightly stiffer material, it would’ve easier as well. That’s not a dealbreaker in terms of this product but it sure would’ve helped.

Perfect Streching tool for your hamstrings!
I've been missing my pilates classes and that deep stretch you get in the classes. This tool really helped with that. I am able to get into that deep stretch in my hamstrings, that I can't do on my own. I was able to stretch my hips and move the hip joints in a way I can't on my own. The tool is really sturdy and so simple that I anyone can do it. It's fantastic and well worth the money!

Well-made strap that helps get those hard-to-hold stretches in
I love this little strap that I plan to use to stretch out my tight calves. It'll be easy to take with me on the go or for travel when all the walking I do tends to really push the calves into extra-tightness. The cushioned handle is a nice touch to help pull my foot in various directions. It comes with a few stretch ideas which is also great. I love the versatility of this little strap for pretty much any part of the foot or leg. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the clip attaching the handle to the strap is made of plastic for some reason. It's decent plastic but I would've preferred it to be metal for strength and durability.

At £20.00 minus a penny, this is abusive pricing for a poorly made piece of equipment that is nothing short of a nylon strap with two bits of plastic attached at each end. The hand grip is nothing short of a toilet roll holder and is in fact too small. The nylon strap is the kind of thing you find on the cheapest of suitcases. The clasp is also very cheap and tacky. For this kind of money and for something so simple in design, one expects a product of some quality that is built to last. Absolute rip-off, the sellers should be ashamed of themselves.
