These are excelent quility mic xlr cables. I use them for my mic's and for my speaker runs for my DJ rig. Great sound quility even compaired against my much higher priced Mogami gold series mic cables which I use for my live sound jobs. P would not hesitate to use these as backups for my mogami xlr cables.

Cables lok. to me as advertised. Thick cable at an affordable price. Used all of them for a live gig last Saturday and all went well . To early to tell how they will hold up after use, but I expect them to perform and hold up. Looks like cables I will keep purchasing in the future.

I get it, you're on a tight budget and spending a little extra coin for something simple like an XLR cable doesn't seem to be real high up on your to do list. Like I said, I get it. I've been there. But I've also been in that dreaded situation where a cheap cable failed and caused serious harm to everyone's calm. Trust me, that is not where you want to be - ever. Here's the low down... spend the little bit of extra and buy good quality stuff that will take the abuse of hauling gear, packing and unpacking, and the general wear and tear that comes as a natural part of playing in a working band! Buy Pig Hog and forget the rest! These really are the best in my humble opinion. I love them. I won't use anything else. I love them so much, I replaced every cable I own and pretty use Pig Hog exclusively now. 6 years later, still love them. Still recommend them. You've got tons of other stuff to worry about. Worrying over an XLR cable shouldn't be one of them! Upgrade your gear! Get Pig Hog!!!

I’ve been getting Pig Hog for close to 15 years.Build quality and sound are excellent. As indestructible as a cable can get. I have several dozen, never replaced nor repaired a single one.
