Sturdy, Good Value Desk
Very easy to assemble and surprisingly sturdy for the price. Fitted my existing 'Trotten' IKEA desktop to it (dimensions of 160 x 80cm). The frame has enough width to fully support the desktop and you could quite easily have an additional 20cm on each end without issue. The lifting operation is very quiet, with two 23 inch monitors, some books, a laptop and an M4 mini on the desk. There is a notable wobble at the higher settings (I am 6 foot 4), but this is easily resolved by resting it against the wall. It slides very easily on its feet so can be pulled out a couple of millimetres from the wall in order to avoid damage when adjusting. Great value for money.

SO glad I got this
I won't leave more photos or videos - there's enough of that here already to demo the frame in action. The videos do tend to make the noise of the motor seem louder than it is. It's not whisper quiet but it's quiet enough! And I like quiet. Personal circumstances for comparison sakes: I'm a lanky 188cm / 6'2" and do get fidgety sitting down a lot despite having had desk jobs most of my working life (that's a fair few years). Also, I wfh, self-employed. And then use the PC for watching streaming services and gaming 5-7 days a week, so I'm REALLY glued to the desk most of the time. Recently noticed the waistline getting bigger and age-related aches starting to set in when sitting for so long... ... So I finally decided to buy a standing desk - obviously the prices of "designer" desks are ridiculous, so finding "frame only" kits meant I could dismantle my beloved desk I've had for years. Positioning: My existing desk top is reasonably spacious 160cm wide, with a curvy front so the depth measures between about 55cm to 88cm. The way I have fitted the frame to the top is so that one end has a 7cm overhang, and the other a 17cm overhang at the side. I tried to fit the frame as far back as I could but then found the desk was too easy to tip at full height (physics, duh!) and found moving it forwards another 10cm (4") was stable enough to lightly lean on at full height. Wobbles: At the lowest height setting, this is more stable than my old fixed desk. No discernible wobbles from the monitors when typing, for example. At full height, I do tend to lightly lean wrists in front of the keyboard and the monitors do wobble a bit which was slightly off-putting to start with, but I have quickly become used to it and barely notice it now. The frame with a desk top of a decent weight (2cm thick, laminated piece) feels safe enough to apply a fairly decent amount of pressure on (more than I would normally apply, but just for this review) and it doesn't feel remotely like it would tip over (eg forward). I have two monitors on it (one ultrawide) plus assorted small peripherals, small Bluetooth speaker, couple of books, hefty drinking glass, bottle of water, some books etc. It's definitely not a fragile feel to it. Features: 2 height setting memory is all I need. Sure, if you have multiple people using it, 4 or more would be nice, but the next nearest frame in price and style etc is at least €40 more expensive for what looks like the same setup, motor etc. The side hooks are vaguely helpful but I haven't really used them myself. The addition of a number of stick on cable tidy clips are a nice touch. Improvements I would have liked: ONLY that the length of the cable from the motor to the control panel means you can only install the button panel at the same side as the motor. I'd like an extension cable to move it to the other end of the desk, but really that's nitpicking. Tip: When assembling the drive shaft into the far end legs the instructions note that you should ensure the hexagonal shaft should be "stuck" into the frame's hole. To me, "stuck" means more like "cannot be easily removed". There are a couple of tiny protrusions on the shaft which looked to me like they would, with a bit of force, wedge themselves into the hole to ensure there's no way it could become loose. It's *probably* just me that would think this.... But just in case.... No amount of force and eventual hammering on the end of the shaft would make it go fully into the frame hole, so much so it didn't seem right... Apply palm to forehead.... When the manual says "stuck", what it really means is more like "abuts" or "stops at"... so the little protrusions should stop at the edge of the hole. The diagrams on the manual are tiny so it's super hard to see what they mean! A link to a PDF or website might have helped here. Or just bigger pictures for the daft amongst us. *cough* Value for money: Wonderful. Obviously you need your own top, but if you already have a desk, just dismantle that carefully... Find some old desk on classified ads and clean it up a bit etc. Summary: Now I can stand and fidget AND get work done better, oddly. Can kind of do bits of better stretches whilst working (it's a good job no-one can see me working at it, haha). I might even be sleeping better because of it. It didn't cost the earth either. Definitely worth a purchase at this price.

Cheap desk upgrade
As I dislike sitting at a desk I decided to give my home desk an upgrade and I'm glad I did. So granted that I already have the table top that both my wife and I can agree upon, I needed to find a way of making it a standing station as well as a regular height desk. And this did the job. Easy to assemble and adjustable both for height and lenght this was the perfect solution. The feet are pretty sturdy and it looks pretty decent in our IKEA white desk station setup. Well pleased with it

Good quality standing desk frame
Purchased in white to go with a white Maidesite desktop. Frame appears robust and was easy to assemble as husband is pretty good at DIY. Beware if you are a bit of a weakling as the frame is heavy and I would not have been able to lift it on my own. Only a single motor so time will tell if it’s up to the job! Came with complete set of bolts to put frame together plus set of screws to affix a desktop to the frame, plus cable clips to house the cables for the power leads. All in all value for money. Using as a sewing table so only weight will be a sewing machine. Looks neat and clean in my sewing room!

I just finished assembling a pair of these together with cheap Ikea Lagkapten 160x80 white tabletops. The instructions were very clear and the end result is very good. The motor also works silently with reasonable speed. The two presets are also quite handy and easy to setup. The only downside is that the table with some pressure does wobble a tiny bit, but nothing that feels flimsy or that will fall apart… for the budget conscious mind this is a very good purchase!
