I’ve struggled with cramp for as long as I can remember. Even back in my youth when I was swimming for my county, calf cramps were a constant battle. Alongside a few other supplements, I came across these Electrolytes Complex Tablets, and I have to say, they’ve proven to be extremely effective—especially as a quick fix. One thing I really like is their simplicity. They’re easy to swallow, and they contain the key electrolytes your body actually needs, without all the unnecessary extras you find in most sports drinks. For me, that makes them a much better option—no sugar, no artificial fillers, just the essentials. In practice, they work fast. If I feel a cramp coming on, I’ll take three tablets, and within about half an hour the pain has eased. As part of my routine, I usually take two in the evening before bed, which has made a big difference in preventing those awful night cramps. I’ll also take a couple after training sessions to help my recovery and keep my levels topped up. Of course, everyone’s body is different—your diet, training, and individual needs will determine what dosage works best for you. Had these recommended by a few friends, only been taking them for a few weeks so yet to feel a difference but the ingredients are all there so price wise, if you’re a taker of a range of supplements, it can save you money in the long run with them being combined into one dose! I originally bought these tablets to help with the night-time cramps I would experience from time to time. They do seem to be reducing the number of cramps I experience however, I have noticed that when I take two tablets together, I feel anxious with an increased heart rate. This doesn't happen if I only take one so I'll continue to do that. I've been increasing my exercise level recently and I don't feel as fatigued as usual - I'm wondering if these tablets have something to do with it. I will continue and finish the bottle and re-assess.

These were recommended to me and I have been taking them for 2 weeks now. Hopefully, they will improve my wellbeing.

Just received and started with one tablet only to see how it goes and if my stomach can tolerate them as I have stomach issues and effervescent tablets cause me issues, so I opted for this ones. But to my surprise after re-reading ingredients, I realised it contains maltodextrin. It is supposed to he Keto as described, so not supposed to have sugars, and maltodextrin has a high glicemic index and will rise insulin. It does not specify the amount of dextrin and there is no nutritional table available. I realised it too late. I feel now put off to carry on taking them as I'm on a keto diet and hence I bought these. Shame!

It's a decent product, easy to swallow, value for money

I’ve been suffering from cramp for too long. These tablets simply work. No more night cramps even after 20 mile bike rides and 5/6 mile walks. 1 in the morning then another at night. 100% they just work brilliantly.
