It holds up well with regular use and washes easily—just make sure to air dry and avoid the dryer.

L'ho acquistata xchè mi sono rotto il tendine del quadricipite e volevo capire se mi aiutasse nel sostenere il ginocchio nelle prime corse dopo un anno, cosa che effettivamente fa anche se è un po' troppo invasivo, forse è più adatto per le camminate e non per correre
