This clip is vastly superior to the screw-on tire connector that seems to be the default on air pump hoses. I hate those things: they take way too much time and effort to both mount and dismount, all the while leaking air. This one on the other hand is super-easy: just clip on to the tire valve, not too far out or in, and pump away. And almost nothing leaks when you take the connector off the tire, so you can just pump to the right pressure and be done. I should mention that it's a bit too easy to push it in too far on the tire valve: when I did that the air kept leaking out with a steady hiss. But adjusting to a little bit further out is easy enough, so I'd say this is a minor concern, doesn't reduce the rating. Highly recommended if you pump your own tires.

Easy to attach to inflator hose and fits perfectly. Works as described and saves time and effort over the spin-on valve connector. Seals tight with no noticeable air leakage. 2 chucks for around 6 bucks is excellent value. Reliability to be determined. Thus 4 star rating.

They work great.

Two was what I ordered and what was delivered. I purchased for a Craftsman Inflator with threaded tip that needs to be threaded onto the stem valve of the tire. It's 21 degrees outside which is not ideal for checking tire pressure because the digits don't function as well. First item of note, looks well made...next, will it screw on the inflate nozzle, YES and finally, how well does it connect to the stem...PERFECTLY. Turned on digital readout and no leaks or hissing sound. Released about two lbs of air in tire and then filled it up to 36 without any problem. Mission Accomplished. $7 = BUY IT.

I bought a Viair tire inflator and I did not want to screw the hose adapter onto the valve stem which allows air to escape. I ordered this pair for f air chucks that have a built in clip. It works great-simply push chuck onto valve stem and squeeze the lever and it locks on securely These are well made, well designed air chucks
