Misleading Product, Extremely Slow Speed & Worst Support Experience
I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The product was advertised as a Kingston USB 3.2 Gen 2 Pendrive, but after connecting it to my PC, I discovered it’s actually a USB 3.0 Gen device. This is clear misinformation and completely misleading for customers. To make matters worse, the performance is terrible — the transfer speed is far below expectations, especially for a product claimed to be Gen 3.2. It’s slow, inefficient, and nowhere near the advertised specifications. I had raised a replacement request on 26th August 2025, yet till date, there has been no update or resolution from Amazon. The seller has been completely unresponsive, and Amazon’s customer service has been extremely disappointing in handling this issue. Kingston seems to be using its brand name to sell substandard products, which is unacceptable from such a reputed company. I strongly recommend others not to purchase this pendrive and avoid buying from this seller altogether. Both product quality and after-sales service have been extremely poor, making this one of my worst online purchase experiences.
