As for the blender it's self, it's absolutely amazing 🤯 mind blown how good it is! Like for instance, if you want it for it's ice crushing, you seen the advert and thought hmmm no way its that good... well I can tell you it definitely IS that good, it seriously does turn ice in to perfect snow like consistency, it's exactly as good as the advert says, in just 2 minutes you can turn shop bought ice into completely lump free powdered snow, perfect for slushies or even sorbet ice cream, so smooth! Pretty much anything you put in there just add some ice and you have the perfect smoothie! Yes it's really that good, it's the best blender I've ever owned! It's super easy to use, super easy to clean, just amazing. But... here is the bad bits, it's noisy, I mean really REALLY noisy!! You definitely can't use this anywhere near someone that's sleeping and not wake them up!! So late night smoothies or slushies are a big no no. Then there is the price, its about double the price it should be, this should be priced at about £80 max, but it cost me way more, and to be honest I feel a bit robbed there. One last thing, if you buy this, just be super careful not to touch the blades, they are RAZOR sharp! Within just a few days of having it, I did accidentally slice myself open, they are crazy sharp, so be careful!! If you want one of the best ice to snow devices, this is it.

The blender burst all my electricity and city of the light as soon as I pressed the pulse button. The company needs to recall it as it’s dangerous when I plugged . The plus is US not UKplug.

I had high hopes for this product and read all the reviews beforehand which were all positive. However when the blender arrived it had a US plug. I used a converter plug and as soon as the blender was switched on it blew!! No good for the UK market. Have since seen so many reviews saying the same so feel the need to warn others and save them the hassle.

Unable to use this product ,as it came with a US Plug. Why would Amazon not send a UK Ninja product with the proper plug for UK voltage? Very disappointing, as it was a gift for my Grandaughter.

The second we turned it on the motor exploded with a spark and puff of smoke. We contacted Ninja and as a US item it was not covered on warranty, and asked that we have Amazon contact them on our behalf to verify the damaged goods, and issue a refund. Amazon have no method of us doing this via their convoluted maze of a customer support network outside of 30 days, and since we purchased this in anticipation of using it once we moved homes, we are outside of this window. I would recommend NOT purchasing this if you want a working blender, and going to a retailer whom you can depend upon resolving any issues.

I've now read the reviews more fully, and have heard of products exploding in UK and UAE. Its obviously not safe or fit for purpose in the UK. I'm returning mine before use, as value mine and my family's life.

So I brought the product om the sale, when it arrived I noticed that it was american and have to buy a adapter specially for it and whilie I was doing this all the reviews were extremely bad !! So do not buy this product at all. Mine made a massive bang and sent sparks all in my kitchen and caught fire to thing thankfully put them out before it became q massive problem so your safe and other do not even attempt to have it

I'm working here in Saudi Arabia when i see this Ninja blender i was amaze and i see around in social media regarding this machine a lot of good feed back so i order in amazon and this information a get so i put in cart and buy it when i received it today from US so excited to open it and to use upon checking the voltage is 120 volts i don't like 120 volts here in my place all is 220 volt and my own country when i double check it its written like this (Voltage 1.2E+2 Volts ) if your ordinary guy you will wonder what is this but still i order it so i get 120 volts input please provide us as a customer the right and more understandable information so it won't happen to some other person i file a return item already with my order or at lease give a customer a more option 100v 110v 120v 220v 230v it's up to you. Come on guys please!!! In some other online store platform upon adding to the cart they have this option to choose the customer required. I’ve been using this blender for about a month now nearly every day twice a day since I’ve had to get on a liquid diet. It’s fantastic. Super easy to use after a time or two of practice, and really easy to clean. I’ve found with other blenders that they have way too many buttons and shenanigans going on that are unnecessary. This one does the job and does it well, very straightforward. It literally takes 30 seconds for me to blend my protein shakes. I like the recipe booklet it comes with, I’ve made a couple great smoothies from it. It is a bit loud but I mean… it’s a blender often chopping up frozen solid ingredients at warp speed, so… The price is very reasonable for what you get. If you’re on the fence about getting it, I say go for it! PS: I recommend getting some sort of 16-20oz cup and large/long straws. & be mindful of how much you put in the blender. I ended up making WAY too much my first few batches & had to freeze a bunch of leftovers. Try out the recipes in the booklet first if you want to practice. Have fun!

Worked for 4 days. Since then there has been problems and the seller Grabmore has not cared to look into this since the last 4 months. The funny part is the sale happened on 8th April. and the return date is 16th April, by which date the product wudnt have reached. So basically this is no warranty. May be the product works for some, but definitely avoid this seller.

I absolutely love this Ninja Professional Blender! It is incredibly powerful and blends everything smoothly, including ice, frozen fruit, and vegetables. My smoothies come out perfectly creamy every time. The pitcher is large, which is great for making drinks for the whole family. The blades are very sharp and efficient, and the motor works fast without struggling. It also feels sturdy and well-made. Cleaning is easy, and the parts are simple to assemble and disassemble. Overall, this blender offers excellent performance for the price. I highly recommend it!

I bought this blender to replace an old glass one that I had for $60. This one is by far more than quadruple the quality. The blades are quick and powerfull. Blends all the way through 98% of the time. I'm sure the 2% is my user error. The 3 blades are very nice and are the reason why it blends so smoothly. cleaning them is a little difficult so I suggest rinsing the blades with hot water immediately after you are finished blending to avoid scrubbing so much. The jug size is large and is easy enough to fit lots of various ingredients. The main motor hub is really powerful, it is loud but not as loud as some of the more cheap blenders. This one is very simple and has only 3 speeds and a pulse option, which in all honesty is all you need. The buttons are the membrane push buttons for easy cleaning they feel durable. there are a few safety features for the lid to prevent turning on the unit without the lid. The handle is ultra comfortable and plastic is very durable so far mine is not scratched at all. Overall it's an amazing Blender and I brag about it to my friends since even though they have blenders they hate blending every morning. So far I have been making a smoothie every day for the past 3 months that I've had this thing. It's still going very strong! ps. Blends protein powder into your smoothie very quickly! So really only 8 seconds total is all you need to blend in the protein powder after everything else is blended otherwise you will end up with a protein whipped cream lmaooooo.
