Perfect Replacement Retaining Rings for HID Bulbs
I ordered these retaining clips to replace the worn factory rings on my BMW headlight assembly, and they fit exactly as expected. If you’ve ever replaced HID or LED bulbs in these housings, you know the original retaining rings can get brittle or lose tension over time. These worked as a direct replacement. The plastic feels sturdy and the metal retaining tabs have good spring tension, which keeps the bulb seated securely in the projector housing. Installation was straightforward and they snapped into place just like the OEM rings. Once installed, the bulb locked in firmly with no looseness or alignment issues. These are compatible with multiple xenon bulb types (D1S, D2S, D3S, etc.), which makes them useful if you’re servicing different vehicles or replacing aftermarket LED conversions as well. Great fit, kinda hard to get local so worth buying to keep for when you need them
Fit the headlight great, good to have on hand because most parts stores don’t even know what these are especially if you have a few vehicles with this style HID bulb.

Very durable very simple and easy to install did the job
We came across these HIDLED headlight bulb holder clip retainer rings for a Cadillac and we placed them on our Cadillac. They are only suitable for projectors with four notches. They go around the light bulb in the snap on to the bulb to hold them in place. Installation was fairly easy to do. It’s mostly a place in snap type of adapter. The quality of these ring retainers are great. They seem very durable and seemed like they would hold on to the bulb for a very long time the fit was absolutely perfect. The size is great for our Cadillac bulbs. They just make the job easier and quicker with these. I would say these are out to go for retainer clips for bulbs for our Cadillac. Works great and holds well, helped make the job easier and quick
I am changing my Xenon bulb for an LED bulb on my motorcycle and needed this retaining ring for the adaption of the LED. It's easy to use, is made fairly well (use care with the 4 tabs), and is an economical way to make this mod. The LED is much better than the Xenon I had and this headlight bulb retaining holder made the job possible. I couldn't be happier!
