I just bought two sets of Rubbermaid Brilliance BPA-Free Food Storage Containers with Lids Airtight Kitchen and Pantry Organization Set Includes 3 Containers and Scoops Clear 16 cups. I already own this same style of Rubbermaid food storage (but smaller) for years now, and it is my go to for any kind of food storage. It's very easy to see the food stored inside it; air tight, so you don't have to worry about spillage or food contamination; very easy to clean even if there is grease or tomato sauce/no scrubbing required; These containers will last for years. The one thing that I would never do is use any kind of plastic containers, including these in a microwave oven; these are the best at wet/dry food storage. The 16 cup size storage containers are a perfect size and a must have for every kitchen; you'll always find them in mine!

I replaced a lot of my ancient plastic storage containers with these containers. I bought the set of 3, and liked them so much I went back for 2 more orders of the set of 3. I like the ease of use, the ability to easily see what is stored (especially compared to the opaque plastic ones I was using), the amount they hold, and stackability. They do make a "whoosh" sound when you close them so you know the airtight feature is working. Now I'm planning on buying more in other sizes.

Great containers. I have been using the smaller Rubbermaid Brilliance containers for 3-4 years now for meal prep and just replaced my flour and sugar canisters with these because I like them so much. The seal can be a little tight, but I’d rather that than a loose fit. After years of use, I’ve not lost one yet to damage or wear.

LOVE these Rubbermaid Brilliance food storage containers! Excellent quality. And I was shocked to learn they are actually Made in the USA! BPA-free, Dishwasher safe (both lids and containers) and they stack beautifully. I originally ordered the "Vtopmart 4 PCS Large Food Storage Containers 5.2L / 175 oz." set. They were stacked so tight in the box, I could barely separate them to get them out. The Vtopmart containers are not great quality, the lids didn't fit correctly, and they are Made in China. *Really* surprised at the high ratings for the Vtopmart containers. I didn't like them immediately. I returned the Vtopmart set and ordered this set of Rubbermaid Brilliance containers. VERY happy with my purchase!

I've purchased many food storage containers from Amazon of varying price points and quality levels. It's really worth it to splurge and spend a little more for Rubbermaid brand though because they actually have an airtight seal. I'm quite pleased with these and will probably purchase more.

We've slowly started swapping all our tupperwares and containers to rubbermaid brilliance. I've found them to be a good value in terms of leak proofness, durability, and stain resistance. After my wife dropped and cracked our last cereal container made by Oxo, I decided to try out rubbermaid's version.I like the dimensions of the rubbermaid better, it's shorter and wider, so it's less of a tip risk. It's stored our cereal for about a week now, and hasn't gone stale. Hopefully the shatter resistant claims will hold up.Where I have some issues is the flip lid. It's got little plastic pegs that insert into holes on the main lid, which seems to work ok. To get it to stay open, you have to push it past a point of resistance, after which there's a "crack" sound. Same thing when closing. I definitely feel like it'll be a point of failure, but hopefully it'll break in with more use. The opening is pretty small, I much preferred Oxo's version with a lever action opening that was almost the entire lid. It also feels like a soft plastic, so not sure how well it seals, would have preferred a rubber or silicone, similar to the gasket on the main lid.The pricing of the rubbermaid was attractive so I'm going to hold onto it and see if my fears regarding the lid are realized. If not, then this was a great buy!

Nice, clean design. Locks are easy to use. These containers are overpriced but I trust this brand to hold up well and keep my flour free of bugs.

The Rubbermaid containers are wonderful. The seal is perfect once you put the lid on. I purchased the 3 pack and use it for 2 types of flour and corn meal
