Very helpful to select color schemes for rooms and accessories.

I would not claim to be a designer of any kind, that's why I decided to buy this wheel! This wheel is great and you can use it for anything you are looking to color coordinate, my primary purpose for this wheel is for card and scrapbooking designs. I love offsetting colors for dramatic effect and I just wasn't always sure which colors would or could look good together, for example, I thought lavender and forest green would look weird...I was wrong, it looks great. The colors complement each other quite nicely.

Ok, It's a color wheel - you use them as you use them. I prefer this one because it shows gradients (white, gray or black added). It's the one I should have bought to start with and skipped the other 2. THE SELLER DESERVES SOME KUDOS HERE! Unlike the other 2 purchased at the same time, arriving with some part of it bent a bit because it was caught on something OR just dropped into an envelope, this one arrived inside a clear sheet protecter. This was in a box with some other items. I suspect the sheet protecter saved it from getting caught on another item.

Mine arrived with a tear in the grey top cover. It is a little flimsy the bottom is not sealed. Just the top and the center clip. A nice guide to monochromatic, complementary (opposite), split complementary, and related (analogous) colors. It includes "understanding value and color" & colors that harmonize guides. They went as far as to include color definitions to assist the user. Overall it's a nice usable guide. It would have been nice if it had been more sturdy.

My wife does Crochet, Plastic canvas and a few other crafts. She kept asking me to help her with picking out colors that go together for her projects. I love helping her and wanting to make it easier for her I bought her this color wheel. She loves it and keeps it handy.

Believe it or not, this is one of the smarter purchases I've ever made. It has made a world of difference when I want to bring in another color into my world. I can bring in a direct compliment, or a split compliment. Before I bought this very inexpensive color wheel (under $10), I didn't even know what a color's compliment, not to mention a split compliment, was. If you love color in your home, you'll love this wonderful tool.

I make jewelry, and was looking for a color wheel to help me design pieces. This one was a little more expensive, but great for me. Instead of just showing the typical variations of colors, it shows more realistic colors someone might use in interior design, jewelry making, etc. Helped me see what to match bronze and gold variations with. Plus whenever we need to decorate we can use this as well. Excellent investment!
