This is an excellent bassinet cover. I believe this is compatible with almost all bassinets - it worked well for my Halo bassinet as well as my Chicco LullaGo. For background context, I originally purchased this bassinet cover because my pediatrician warned me the pet cat might try to hop into the bassinet and it could be a hazard for my newborn. As others have mentioned, this net cover is soft - so the cat wouldn't exactly bounce off or anything like that. Having said that, the bassinet cover serves as "hostile architecture" if you will and has successfully discouraged the cat from going into the bassinet - the cat definitely doesn't want to hop into in and get tangled in the netting. The cat has never tried to hop into the bassinet while the netting is on and only attempted once when I had removed the netting cover and was changing the sheets. An unexpected benefit is we brought our portable bassinet outside a few times while we were grilling in the backyard and this bassinet net cover absolutely protected our baby from mosquitos and other bugs. This is great if you want to create a safe space for your baby to nap with you while you're outside in the yard. Highly recommend!!!

I know it seems slightly expensive for mesh, but this thing works miracles and is SO worth the money. I LOVE how safe it keeps my baby. It is easy to see through, completely covers our bassinet (we have a Halo Bassinest Glide), and has no gaps for even tiny bugs to get through. It has flexible supports that hold its shape and don’t allow for sagging, and it was super easy to put on—literally just stretch the elastic over the edges of your bassinet, and you’re done! The zipper is fabulous, because it pulls super easily, and it’s quiet enough to not disturb a sleeping baby. A tip though—don’t pull the zipper all the way down to the side, leave a few teeth together. Otherwise it can be a bit hard to get the zipper started again (especially one handed, i.e. when you’re holding a baby!). Now for the real reason I bought it—we have three very nosy cats, and this keeps them OUT. It is very flexible and wouldn’t hold if a cat decided to jump on top of it, but I don’t think that they would try to, as it’s very obviously not sturdy enough to hold them. None of mine have risked it, and if they did I think they’d bail and never try again. Highly recommend!

Love this net! I bought it mainly to keep the cats out of the bassinet. It’s a huge plus it also keeps all annoying bugs and insects out. The net is super easy to install and take off, the quality is really good and it seems pretty sturdy. If a car were to jump directly on it tho - I don’t know if that would actually keep the cat from being inside the bassinet. The zippers work really well so even at hectic night time feedings it’s not in the way. The fabric is a nice mesh that lets you still see what baby is up to. Personally, what I bought it for and how it performs: 10/10. It’s exactly what I hoped for and it makes me feel like my baby is safe in it.

I use this for our house at night because we have cats, and I didn't want them trying to snuggle with my infant. Fits over a variety of bassinets and is easy to use, set up and take down. I can see my kid easily and it just clips over the side. One of the clips broke easily- but, it's still holding on well with the elastic around the edges. So I'd say it works great!

Originally bought it to keep my cat from being too curious with the baby but now I use it for everything. It fits perfectly and it’s easy to store for traveling. I love that it comes with two zippers so I don’t have to always figure out what side it’s on. It makes me feel safer knowing that nothing can get in to bother the baby and the baby can breathe. It’s super easy to take on and off since it’s just elastic and I’ve been using it for 9 months and it’s still like I just bought it.

Easy to install, gives me peace of mind that any mosquitos or other bugs that have flown into the house won’t bother my child. I primarily bought this though to keep my cats from jumping into the bassinet, which after a day or so of placement it has been very effective in keeping the cats out as long as it’s zipped up. It is sort of flimsy and the cats can jump on top and flatten it anyway, but it gives enough illusion of being rigid they have stopped trying and it was not damaged the few times they jumped on top anyway (when baby was not in the bassinet).

Cons: The netting is thin and delicate. The wire started poking out not long after using. Zipper is noisy and may startle baby. Will not stop a determined cat, so train accordingly, as it will collapse easily under the weight. I can’t see through the material as well as I’d like, to check on baby. Pros: the zipper is a double zipper. It fit my bassinet well, with the elastic adjustment. Is a decent deterrent to cats, but not 100% safe at stopping them. I got for cats. Probably works good for bugs, but small bugs will probably still get through the netted sides of your bassinet.
