I take one of these daily as part of a morning supplement routine alongside Omega 3. I chose Centrum specifically because these have decent amounts of vitamins D, C, & B, plus zinc and iron rather than traces of a few things. No side effects, the tablets are a reasonable size and easy to take with food, and 180 tablets at this price works out to a sensible cost per day. It's a staple rather than a headline product, but it's a good one. I'll keep buying these.

Great value, 180 pills so you're covered for 6 months. Easy to swallow with water or food, no side effects or issues. Honestly have felt better in my daily life with these multivitamins. Was prescribed iron and folic acid by a doctor, these have both in larger doses and are much cheaper than the prescription! Well worth trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle
