I've been a regular user of Alive! Women's Energy Multivitamins, and I can't say enough good things about them. What sets them apart is not only their effectiveness but also their great taste. Have been taking these vitamins for a while now. They are easy to take, being gummies, have a pleasant flavour and give a good range of vitamins. Would recommend.

Flavour is a bit odd but not nasty. Soft gummies, easy chew and dissolve quickly. I love that they have added fruit and veg and a wide range of vitamins. They don't seem to have A but I have collogen gummies as well which have it in so not an issue.When I haven't bought them as trying other brands or cutting expenses that month, I do feel a difference not being on themSo sticking with these

I'm a 31 year old mum of two, constantly feeling tired and run down - the perks of motherhood! I thought I would try out some vitamins and I was NOT disappointed! I was skeptical at first but after a few weeks I felt like I had more energy. Bonus - they taste really nice like sweets!

I’ve been taking these for 2 months, and stopped. Straight away I noticed a difference; I felt tired, and came down with the flu. I subsequently started them again and feel genuinely full of life; happier, I have more energy, I don’t seem to get colds and sniffles. Everyone seems to mention that they smell weird, admittedly they do when you first open the bottle, but they don’t taste like the smell they just taste like gummy sweets. There are two different ones a strawberry and an orange although I’m pretty sure they taste the same, I normally take one of each at the same time. Highly recommend :)

But have you lot ever eaten anything tasty in your life?! Sheesh..Honestly, these don't taste great, so please don't be fooled into thinking they will change the game on multivitamins and that you will jump for joy every morning at the prospect of taking them. I imagined these to live up to the hype and to taste like the orange kids multivitamins of old, or some sort of healthy version of gummy bears, but they certainly don't. They've got a weird grainy texture which sticks to your tongue and teeth and you need to wash them down with lots of water afterwards. The smell when you open the box is also very unpleasant, so not great a first impression.Do you get a lot of these in the box? Yes. Is that a double edged sword, because you wince every time you open it thinking 'no, no, surely not still this many left?!' Yes. I can't truthfully say I've noticed a difference to my energy, immunity, hair & skin, but that's because I'm not scoffing these like sweets every day. Twice a day is also 2x more than I really want to be putting this anywhere near my tastebuds.

Have to take thus as low in b12 because of medical condition. B12 is back on track not long after taking them as had bloods done and hair is no longer falling out. Great product 👌

Firstly, let me say that people commenting on the flavour.... what did you expect? Honestly, they are not meant to taste like chocolate bon bons – you must never have tasted anything with minerals or vitamins in it that didn't contain loads of sweetness. To me they taste fine. Like I expected. Nice even. And after weeks of feeling like I had to take a nap by 1pm each day, probably due to giving up alcohol, these have perked me right up. All I can say is that they are working for me... nice large pot of them that should last a while. I'll be buying more.
