Bought these for my partner who has some health issues. The tablets are a bit big but not difficult to swallow, and have no particular taste or smell. When it comes to effectiveness, reviewing this kind of products is not that simple, and it really depends on individual experiences, hence one star taken off, since I cannot claim, in good conscience, that the product indeed does what is supposed to do. Having said that, this is a product coming from a well established and respected brand, with good formulation providing essential nutrients and minerals, so there is nothing to dislike. Even the price is competitive so go for it.

Full of energy
Really good I used to get colds regularly but since I started using centrum I had none, I eat a lot of fruit and veg also so I recommend.
