Fantastic product that has saved my cherry tree from the pigeons. Last year the local pigeons systematically picked off every bit of blossom from my cherry tree. Mindless vandalism tbh! They then tore into lots of the leaves as the summer progressed and left the tree looking fairly sorry for itself. This year; with these fabulous silver discs in place it’s a different story. The pigeons have kept their distance and we got to enjoy the blossom and the leaves are doing well too. They also look pretty when the sun catches them. 100% recommend as a humane deterrent product.

I would have given this product five stars because they are very effective in the garden at scaring off birds; the only problem is that it takes 30 - 45 min of fiddly work to assemble - and the most difficult is to take off the milky white plastic film that is stuck onto the metal disks - so fiddly and frustrating - also beware of the sharp metal edges - I cut my finger on the first set

Got fed up with pigeons using my decking area as a public toilet, plus a heron also makes the odd appearance to try and pinch some of my pond fish, so wanted to try some sort of deterrent. Saw these and read a few of the reviews so bought a packet and put them around the pond and decking area. Have to say that I am very pleased with these - they are not 100% fool-proof as I have had to chase or throw things at the pigeons on the odd occasion, but I have to say that there has been a noticeable improvement in the fact that the pigeons are sitting and s***ing elsewhere. As one review mentioned, these do work really well when the sun's out and the reflection of the sunlight does dance nicely across the decking and pond, giving the impression of movement. So in summary I would say a combination of these, good weather, a bit of arm waving and the odd throwing of an object, soon give the birds the hint. Haven't seen the heron for a while either...fingers crossed. Gave four stars as when the sun is in, the birds do make the odd appearance, but preferred to use the discs as opposed to the spikes.

Good quality and looking attractive in my plum tree, but fall down at the first sign of wind. The hook cannot be squeezed to grasp the branch strongly enough.

We have been blighted by birds building nests on the walls under the eaves to the front and side of our house. These disks are a very effective and inexpensive deterrent and I am very pleased. The disks are easily assembled and were easily fitted into the air vents in our soffits. I have protected the front of our house with one set of disks hung either side of each window and one in a corner. Five out of the eight supplied used. The disks are unobtrusive but are inclined to jingle in a breeze. Just slightly distracting at night. Since they were installed there has been no sign of any attempts of birds building nests under the eaves and I also feel there is less of that activity in adjacent properties. (I hung the remaining three disks from the lampshade in my study which has irritated my wife but there has been no sign birds nesting in there, either).

It helped keep the blackbirds away. Pigeon visits have decreased, although a few still drop by occasionally. If you're looking to protect young crops from blackbirds digging them out, this is definitely worth considering. However, for pigeons or crows, you may want to look for a more effective solution.

If you’ve just had a manicure, stay well away. The film is a nightmare to remove. Other than that, seem quite good quality. Hoping they do the job of keeping pests away 🐰🦅

This product is dangerous!!! I will accept that it is cheap and does what it is meant to do and will distract birds from nesting in a tree (and depositing in my car below). However the reflective plates are wrapped in a ridiculous amount of protective film that is dangerous to remove - there are no instructions as to how to remove and while there are "removal stickers" provided they are utterly ineffective. Like others I sliced four fingers with blood injuries just trying to remove this packaging ... can't be that environmentally friendly either given the amount of waste plastic and waste plasters on my fingers! The birds are scared though so worth the sacrifice??

Ho acquistato 2 confezioni di questo prodotto , perchè dovevo cercare di risolvere il problema dei piccioni che anche di altri uccelli , nel piano terra ed anche nel primo piano della mia villa . Ho apportato una piccola modifica agli oggetti in questione cioè li ho allungati con una piccola catenella di circa 8cm, con pochi euro e poi li ho piazzati nel portico e nei luoghi dove abitualmente trovavo le solite e spiacevoli tracce... Il risultato è stato immediato ed assoluto. Non si sono piu' avvicinati nè i piccioni e neanche altri volatili in quanto questi specchietti che girano sul loro asse al minimo alito di vento , mandano bagliori che li disturbano non soltanto di giorno, ma incredibilmente alche di notte.... Sono super contenta del risultato e li consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono risolvere questo fastidioso problema.

Des palombes cherchaient à construire un nid entre les bonsaï sur mon balcon et m'en ont cassé un, j'ai donc cherché un moyen de les éloigner. Ces "boucles d'oreilles géantes" sont faciles à monter, il faut juste s'aider d'un couteau pour "attaquer" la pellicule plastique et pouvoir l'arracher avec les doigts, l'ensemble du montage a été fait en 20mn. Depuis la mise en place, je n'ai plus revu les palombes et ça a l'avantage de ne pas être un dispositif trop imposant, ni moche.

En mi caso, tengo varias tórtolas en mi jardín a las que no ahuyenta, pero he notado menos movimiento de otras aves. Además, sirve de decoración. Tiene ganchos para colgar y arandelas de estas parecidas a donde se insertar las llaves, por lo que las puedes colgar tanto en ramas, como en ganchos. Venían más de las que yo pensaba. Buen producto

It helped really good to get rid of pigeons making nests on my house
