Great product at a great price

Upside: 1. The East Lint (EL) does actually work quite well as long as you are patient and ready to go over the pilled areas repeatedly. I am really fussy about this stuff and I was pleasantly surprised that the EL returned the clothing back to almost its original self. I tried it on a thick bulky sweater that was heavily pilled and when I applied some pressure I actually saw it removing the pilling, plus you can see the lint collector getting really full. I also tried it on a fine sweater whereas the pilling was really low to the garment and it also worked pretty well on that too. 2. the case it comes in makes a lot of sense and is a nice addition, as is the lint brush and replacement blades. 3. Easy and comfortable to hold. Downside: 1. The item is really overpriced for the actual quality of how it is made. It feels like something that is worth maybe about 15-18 pounds max. Immediately when you open it, it feels like it will break quite easily, with everything being a bit flimsy, particularly when you have to insert the batteries. Watch this because this part is not designed well and it is hard to understand on instructions. It felt really easy to break the device when trying to put the batteries in. 2. On top of it already being expensive, you then need to buy expensive C batteries (x4) to go with it. 3. The lint holder really isn't big enough, just on my one sweater I had to empty the lint holder three times and clean out the blade area once. If you don't do this the motor slows down. 4. The instructions reflect the quality of the EL - not great! Overall however, Im pretty happy, particularly after trying others that were completely useless but wasn't so happy about spending that much on something technically very simple.

You get what you pay for sometimes. Usually I buy energizer as they're a little cheaper than duracell. I go through loads of batteries as I love my fairy lights. I've been through all brands. Definitely notice a difference with duracell. They're brighter and actually do last a little longer than other brands. How do I know this? I have two sets of identical fairy lights. I changed the batteries at the same time and left them on for the same amount of time, using different brands. This was a little test of mine. I was curious. Duracell perhaps not surprisingly did last longer, and brighter by about half a day than the cheaper brand. This was leaving the fairy lights on all day and all night. Felt that was the best way to test.

Great value batteries. I needed 3 for a doorbell chime and don't use C type batteries in anything else. I was going to buy some rechargeables but these popped up for a good price and as there is 6 in the pack will do for 2 battery changes. By the time I get through 2 lots of batteries the chime will probably be at the end of its life and I will move onto the Ring doorbell eventually.

These were bought for use in our baby's swingy/bouncy chair. Being that they are Duracell they last an absolute age and even when running low on juice still managed to keep the chair going although not quite as fast as before. Good brand, never a let down... I would always recommend getting either a good branded battery or decent rechargeable ones. The cheapy ones just arent worth the time and money as they run out too soon. Not really much to say, they are Duracell batteries and like it says on the advert... they do keep going and going and going....
